I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. He followed with the chair should have been loaded into my car by someone from their warehouse which is across the street. Jamie explained that the restocking fee only applies to the special order of a new office chair and not one they had on hand in their warehouse and said he would refund the rest of my money today. A short while later he called again to say the refund has been issued.
