The delivery guys insisted that they had "no idea" that they were taking down the old sofa after bringing in the new one and said that the saleswoman shouldn't have promised us that because it's "not part of their job." My aunt is a sweetie and felt terrible about inconveniencing them and gave them an obscenely generous tip. When we looked at the delivery receipt? It said on the receipt that they were bringing in and taking out, and the fee was included. Soooooo ripping off old ladies? Super classy.
