I came here once, this past weekend, and the laundromat was very clean. They have the employee room fully stocked with the washing essentials like soap, dryer sheets, fabric softener, etc. This laundromat also has a great selection of vending machines, for your snacking needs. I liked the washer and dryers, they are very clean and on the newer side. It was not crowded and the people there seemed friendly. I enjoyed their little tables, I took food from the outside and was able to eat there. Location is a sweet spot, it is located right across the street from two gas stations and a Starbucks. Also, across the street, is the entrance to the freeway. The only downside was the folding tables/counters-- they are too small. Other than that, this place is great. read more

I very rarely go to laundromats as I have a washer and dryer in my home, but last evening, I wanted to wash blankets, pillows, mattress covers, and bedspreads, and didn't want to stay up all night accomplishing this. So I decided to go to the laundromat. I had recently driven by this location, and decided to give it a try. Glad I did. They changed owners and from what I am reading below, you can definitely tell. It is clean, there are plenty of open machines on a Wednesday evening. There are vending machines, snack machines, a store with supplies, restrooms, plenty of tables and chairs. It is located next to a 7-11 store, and across from that is a drive thru Starbucks. Could not be more convenient. They have machines that will accommodate 4 loads, 6 loads and 8 loads, and even with a pre-wash, time goes by pretty quickly. I saw the staff wondering around cleaning the soap containers, wiping down counters, emptying the trash cans and answering questions for people, even myself. I even witnessed them handing out applications to people inquiring about a job. I will definitely be back. read more

I was coming here a lot. Had good prices, everything worked. Not anymore. They only have like 7 laundry carts available now. They literally just raised the prices within the last 6 months. Today was the final straw that did it for me. It use to be 10 minute dry per quarter they now made it into 7 minutes. Not worth your money. Medium washers use to be 3.00 when I first started coming here a few months back. Then went up to 3.25. I always add an extra wash so it's 3.50 no biggie. Now the medium washers are 3.75 so with the extra wash it's 4. I'd understand if all their washers worked but half of their washers are out of service and so are their dryers. They have no laundry carts. So I have to carry my loads into a dryer if any. They've gotten so dirty. Certain workers don't keep the place clean anymore how it use to be. Very disappointed then people being greedy cuz they have like thousands of kids using 2/3 laundry carts at one time. Then when there's people that at least need one cart there's none. Not like it matters anymore though since they only have like 7 left. Today is my last day coming here. Will be going to another laundromat near my home. I wouldn't because it was a bit pricier but at least they keep their stuff in working order and the drying is free. read more

Very clean laundromat the lady who works there is always cleaning making sure all the machines look presentable and lets not talk about the restroom very clean. I highly recommend this place the ladies name I believe is "juana" super nice and friendly. read more

i started coming here about 1 year ago, ever since then this is the only laundromat I go too!! all the workers are very welcoming & friendly. I mainly go really late at night & it's crazy to say that I always feel very safe going there even at night. read more

I used to like this place. The homeboy who works there late at night is always very nice, though he lets the homeless weirdos hang out. But I had to stop going there because the last 2 times I washed my clothes there, they got a weird, horrible musty smell on them. I use a lot of soap and softener when I wash my clothes, but the end result was gross smelly clothes - even after they were dried. Note to the owner of this place: use those powerful chlorine packets or pure bleach to clean and disinfect your machines every once in a while. No one will want to keep going there if the machines leave a disgusting odor on their just washed clothes. Pee-yew! read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED! The lady that is charge as the "manager" with the orange hair is VERY RUDE! Plus she was washing her own clothes she was also she was sitting down on her phone and went out sto sit in her car I had to go look for her in her car to ask her a question and she got all annoyed about it. Terrible service! Hispanic lady with blonde color hair is rude! She wouldn't refund money after the machine ate it. She said she has no proof of the new machines doing it. Also some of the dryers aren't label that they are 5min time limits. How the heck am I suppose to know that a random dryer is 5 mins only and the other ones that are identical are longer. It took my money this is Misleading! I asked the employee lady nicely to refund me she walked away like I was nothing. I asked for her name and she laughed and refused. I asked for her boss name and she said she doesn't have one. I asked for the owners name and # she refused and mocked me that I was wasting my time. She pointed at the cameras and told me he's watching me. Luckily I found the business license with the owners name ERIC BARUCH tax ID #: 0002858161-0001-6. There's absolutely no way to complain about this place there is no customer service #. The Hispanic lady in question works nights and I believe brings her kids to work. I like how big it is and its open 24 hours. Yes they do use cards but what place dosent. Its a bit cheaper with card. My clothes always get washed well in the washers and the dryers give 12 mins per quarter depending on the ones you use. I usually dry with 75 cents. Clean place and plenty of folding areas. There are people who work here who i do agree needs better customer service trainibg but thats anywhere in this world, there are a few who are very sweet. Only decent 24 hour laundry mat in our area...i have washed here since they opened no problems. read more

I have been washing here for years and I always despised it due to a lady named Juana who was very VERY rude she saw me washing my hands and tried kicking me out not knowing I was washing and even after I told her I was washing she didn't not apologize and instead walked away. However I decided to come back again and BOY was it a good a idea because there is a wonderful young lady named Rosalinda she was very helpful, kind, and on top of everything I was SHOOKED to know she wasn't the manager. Very disappointed today when coming to wash. The worker with orange hair was washing her own clothes and sitting on her phone. I needed Downey and had to go to 7/11 while she was in her truck. There was water all the floor, Over loaded trash on the floor and trash cans full. I hope the owner does something and check cameras. The bathroom stank like pee. read more

Very clean facility with a range of machines. I used a "6 load" and an "8 load machine, with a pre-wash and they were $5.50 and $7.50 respectively. The 8 load machine fit two baskets of laundry with some room to spare while the 6 load was about half full with a full laundry basket. I'm still waiting on my drier, so we'll see how it goes. Internet: There are a few wifi networks and I'm a Spectrum customer, so once I logged in, no problems. I didn't see an option for people who aren't already cable customers, so watch out for that! read more

I would give 0 star if I could. This place charges you a higher price if you'd use their coin operated washers. The prepaid card is $1, non refundable and a cash scammer - because it doesn't take credit/debit card (although there's a credit card swiper) by their vending machine. The dryers are a ripoff too. All the machines looked the same but with different depth/width size. I paid $.25 and received 3 minutes (while I should be getting 8 minutes. There are no signs pointing at the prices and I had to pay the same amount and get less time regardless. I've politely asked the blond hair Hispanic lady if I can get a credit refund if I switch to another dryer. She impatiently declined my request and walked away. What a rude way to provide customer service! At this point I feel like I'm being taken advantage of, therefore I did speak up. I asked, I tried, and I was offended. my go to spot to get my dirty clothes washed! it's open 24 hours has games for the little kiddos and vending machines for your munchies and if you are thirsty also there's a little store inside that sells laundry stuff so if you forget something at home or run out no need to go to the store when you can just buy from here! also there is bathrooms that are kept clean! I usually come in the middle of the night thats when it's the quietest I noticed it gets busy on sunday mornings seems like it's black Friday in there have to fight for a cart and table and and a machine overall they keep this laundromat clean! read more

Place is cool and lots of machines! Parking is great they have a big lot. Very convenient due to the fact that they accept credit debit cards to reload laundry card! Machines are up to date also and have a mini store that'll sell you detergent etc. clean place with vending machines read more

The laundromat is not the problem is the employee!! That's here Friday's and Wednesday she's the rudest. Today my girls got denied to use the restroom because she said she had just cleaned it! And said to use the men's because she hadn't gotten to it yet! That's a ludicrous reason, of course I want my kids to use a clean public restroom. I spend a lot of money here weekly!
