The place is unclean! As I complained she just kept laughing instead of trying to fix it... I walked in and she was sleep on a lawn chair.... The atmosphere is not welcoming.... I asked for acrylics on my toes she made them smaller than my actual toenails! it took me to 5 times to tell her I didn't like it for her to change only one toenail! And the older lady kept looking at me in a rude manner. read more

This was my 3rd visit to this salon. I don't wear colors on my fingernails, I'm a French or American mani kinda gal. So on this last visit /, I asked for my white painted in a different angle. As I noticed what the guy was doing and finishing up, I asked where was my pink/ nude base. He tells me I HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. Since WHEN did you have to ASK for a pink/nude base to go with your French mani????!!!!???. I AM NOT PLEASED. I wish I could post pics. This is tacky service!!!! I was NOT impressed. This place is absolutely no reason to go there if you want an awesome mani/pedi experience. I know I will not be here for another experience. I am not the type of person that will go HAM for no reason but I don't EVER be going back. They are not very friendly and don't want to hold a decent conversation with you out of being friendly. You would think that with the money I spent on two people they would be a little more pleasant with you. I recommend you find some place else because this is not the place. read more

Been coming here for ever and the quality of the nails has always been poor every set even if it's fresh falls off no matter if there's long or short or shaped or anything the older lady never ever puts enough effort in when she doesn't your nails Tina is cool but every time I come it's always the older lady I end up with went in there today to get a pedi my nails repainted and to get one nail fixed KEEP IN MIND I JUST GOT A FRESH SET FIVE DAYS AGO and every time I come to get a nail replaced is a different price today it was five dollars in all the pedi repaint and replacement was going to be forty five keep it mind it's usually it's three dollars to get a replacement but because the have been slow I'm assuming they added a couple extra dollars and but money isn't a thing so it wouldn't have been a problem but the lady just rushed thru the replacement didn't even measure it up with my other nail correctly and had the audacity to add a extra two dollars no ma'am I got the pedi and got the one nails replaced and thought I was going to be paying thirty dollars to get the pedi and five for the replacement she said she wanted forty dollars FOR WHAT THOUGH so I payed them and I told them I would never be back I've been coming here since I was fifteen but now it's over they will never see me again read more

This was the worst nail salon that I have ever been to. I paid to get my sister a gel manicure and she left with the absolute WORST manicure I have ever seen. First, she was sitting down with a woman and a man walks in the door with his coat on and takes over. He rushed through her manicure leaving her with terrible nails. The color she chose, while light, should have been put on for multiple coats and he only put two. If the color was too light he should have suggested she choose another like every normal salon does. So upset and unimpressed. I can't believe I spent $35 on this. I will never be back. read more

I would give this place zero starts if I could. I went for a pedicure because it was close to my house, but one of the ladies started painting my toes and got it all over my skin. She also made the layers very uneven, when I asked her (kindly) to fix it, she threw her tools to the side and started yelling at the other lady to do it. When the other lady came I asked her to please just fix it and explained I didn't want her to get frustrated but it was not done right the first time, she fixed it but while yelling and complaining. Service sucked and so did the pedicure. I'll never go here again, better off painting my own toes read more
