I had the greatest experience at Finest Nails LA. They are the sweetest people and the customer service was amazing. They were constantly trying to engage in conversation with me and tried to get to know me. As people came in they would greet them by name. You can tell they cared about their customers and wanted to build a connection with all of their customers. They kept asking me how i heard about their shop and thanked me for choosing them.

Index and ring finger are chipping within 2 days of getting it done!

So the people are so extremely friendly and will offer you wine and y'all your ear off! But I rate based on the quality of work and I am so disappointed because this place had 4.5 stars. I got a gel manicure and though the manicure was good, the gel quality is terrible. Han did not evenly coat the polish so it has really thick spots and the finally overcoat was all over my cuticles. My $38 gel manicure ended up peeling the next day on one finger and now it is 2 days later and other nails are starting to peel! This is extremely frustrating when gel is supposed to last up to 2 weeks! I could probably go back and they would redo it, but the thing is that would cost me more time and it's not worth it for them to do a mediocre paint job!

These are two week old nails and still look good!

Fantastic nail salon with friendly staff! I came into town for the weekend for my bachelorette party and needed a pedicure and manicure. They provided both in a timely manner at a high quality! As someone who usually does my own gel nails, I love how they were up front about the brands they carry and what they recommend. I ended up going with a French gel manicure for something more bridal and they look amazing! Not to mention the complimentary wine to make the experience extra fun and relaxing. Can't wait to come back here next time I visit. Thank you!! read more

They cut my Fingers up so bad, my fingers around my nails were bleeding and was in pain in those areas for several days after. Work was subpar. One of the male nail techs also mad rude comments about me being tattooed. Owner is super sweet but the service level is very poor. All of the women that work there are very nice and I would go back if they hadn't cut me up so bad. read more

Friendly workers and good /fair service, but prices are RIDICULOUSLY expensive and overpriced: An acrylic full set was $40 reg. With gel polish, an extra $20! Just an Eyebrow wax $15. A basic pedi was $40, 2 added big toe acrylic nails was $15! I've lived in 6 different states and overseas twice, I've never seen prices like this. read more

The family owned shop was a wonderful place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I went in for a pedicure and the son who typically runs the front was my tech. He was so kind and thorough. He even got one of the top techs to look at a nail issue and fine tune the trimming of it. And they are very affordable- worth it and more. read more

So the people are so extremely friendly and will offer you wine and y'all your ear off! But I rate based on the quality of work and I am so disappointed because this place had 4.5 stars. I got a gel manicure and though the manicure was good, the gel quality is terrible. Han did not evenly coat the polish so it has really thick spots and the finally overcoat was all over my cuticles. My $38 gel manicure ended up peeling the next day on one finger and now it is 2 days later and other nails are starting to peel! She was an absolute angel and redid one of my nails like three times to get the color perfect for my skin tone and still got me done before I needed to leave. Pricing is not expensive... especially for the quality and service. It was very cute in there and there were a couple of pups that were so sweet and well behaved. This is the first nail salon I have ever been to where i wanted to come back. There's a reason they have been in business over 25 years! Very kind, professional, and attentive. Hai knows how to make his customers feel welcome and at home. The salons I've used before had those special UV lights (or whatever they are) that u sit at a table & put ur feet under them. So NOOOOO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Between them just totally ignoring my request THREE times to scrub some more, & the filthiness of the place, I can guarantee I'll NEVER be back! And it was so filthy that I might just have to report them to the health dept!!! This is only the 2nd time in my life that I've left a bad review, so NUFF SAID!!

I went in for builder gel on my natural nails and spent 2.5 hours for a service that was poorly executed from beginning to end. The nail tech cut all of my natural nails down and THEN proceeded to tell me I needed a full set -- despite my nails being completely fine beforehand and not needing one before they were cut. That alone was frustrating and disappointing. I specifically asked for oval nails and somehow ended up with a random mixture of oval, round, uneven, and inconsistent shapes. None of the nails match, the shaping is sloppy, and the overall result looks rushed despite spending hours in the chair. Paying for a premium service should not leave you regretting the appointment the moment you walk out. I gave this salon a chance and unfortunately left completely disappointed. Save your time and money -- I will absolutely not be returning.

We said that was fine as long as her hair wasn't soaking wet and she had curls. The perm was done, I left a 20% tip on my card and we left. She had curls when we left. The next morning she had loose waves so, we used mousse and a diffuser. By day 5, there were no curls at all. The stylist was pleasurable but with what my mom's hair looks like now it's obvious she did not do her perm correctly. So we've wasted $180 on a hairstyle that is no more. I feel like this salon should've had us come in the next day instead of booking same day and basically having a rush job done to ensure they closed on time.
