Came for a pedicure with gel Polish. Took my polish off, scrubbed my feet for 5 seconds (I move a lot bc I'm ticklish but at other salons it hasn't been a problem), put sugar scrub on the top of my foot and immediately washed it off, rinsed my legs and feet and started painting. I've never had a "pedicure" like this. It's honestly embarrassing. I feel so unfulfilled. read more

My mom and I always try to find a place for mani/pedis. We have a hard time finding something with good availability, cleanliness, friendly staff, and fair prices. We may have finally found what we've been looking for here at Diva's! Mary did my pedicure and Timothy did my mom's. Both were very sweet and meticulous. My pedicure was a lot faster than my mom's, but I still feel like Mary paid good attention to detail. I didn't feel rushed. The place was nearly empty on a Monday afternoon, making the experience feel private and relaxing. Eventually, other guests arrived who appeared to be regulars. They had a good amount of colors, nicely organized. The price of our basic pedicures was $40 each, which we found to be reasonable. Looks like a basic mani starts at $20 as well. The place was overall clean and tidy. Of course, things at nail salons could always be cleaner in my opinion, but this one did a good job overall. We will come back! read more

I just moved from California and after driving, moving and settling in I was on a desperate hunt for a nail salon. After going over locations and reading reviews I choose Diva's. I walk-in and they took me in and choose a pedicure and brow service. I've always had trouble with ingrown nails and both Tina and Timothy took their time helping feel comfortable with the extraction. I also got my brows done after 6 weeks and they are so clean and it was painless. Safe to say I will go again. read more

Welp fellas! What can I say? I guess I'm a Diva! But my feet got so bad u coulda called me Frodo!...And it woulda been a compliment!!! So, my wife dragged me in here, just as she did for my first pedicure, some five years ago at another location! I'll say this, being only my 2nd pedicure in 42 years on this Earth, they had to bust out the special tools for my feets! One tool looked like a potato peeler or razor and the other looked like a cheese grater! The poor woman working on me had to put her shoulders into it! And now that it's over and she's earned her hazard pay, I must say my feet feel and look one helluva lot better! The good news is for all involved is that my feet no longer look like the feet of a Cro-Magnon man! Thanks Divas! Fellas, don't knock it and don't judge!! read more

This place is extremely overpriced and this is coming from someone that's from California. It don't make no sense for a fill + gel to start at $55 plus. They also don't do designs. How are you a nail salon and don't do design? Demographics seem to be older middle age women. read more

This was the worst nail salon I have every been to. The staff was prejudice and rude. the man that did my feet had all my toes bleeding and he was so rough he popped my toe. I could t even continue to get my full set. they need to get it together. read more

Unfortunately this will probably be the only time I'll ever be there, but I would certainly stop in again! Was driving from Austin, TX to Gardendale, Al for a funeral and had to get my nails done for it. Was running ahead of schedule and decided to stop in since I had the time. Was taken right away for my pedicure which went wonderfully. Nails came out great and still look great today! Next was my manicure which also was beyond perfect. Didn't do gel and was surprised at how long they lasted! I work on cars so you can imagine that a manicure would be done for in a day but no! On a Friday only staffed with one person couldn't get me in for a simple manicure all day.

Went about 530 last Saturday. Checked Yelp reviews first. Entered the salon and noticed immediately that it smelled like a diaper pail:(. There were 2 other customers and 3 operators. I continued on with my pedicure- $35. Besides the bizarre smell, during my pedicure the technician punched my calves repeatedly as 'the massage', I assume. That was a first and for me, a last. If comments are allowed and anyone reads this, tell me where to go for an outstanding pedicure/foot treatment around the $50 price point. Service levels at the this price point have dropped all over town, so I am not rating the establishment based on that. read more

I have known Tim and Tina since they moved to Shreveport. They are incredible people who do the best work that they can do every day. They have hosted my large wedding party for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. When my baby came along, they took special care with my feet during my pregnancy, and now they take a special interest in my almost four year old. Place seems clean enough, but the person who did my nails didn't ask what I wanted, so I assumed she would make the shape the same as they were.... Not so much. She made them as short as she could and as round as could.... Not my style at all. While she was working in my big toe, she cut my cuticle and didn't even acknowledge it. First the worker are not friendly. She broke my nail getting it off. Also she didn't shape my nails round like I asked her.
