Not only great work but super fast completion of custom work. I ordered two signs from these folks…read moreat the swap meet but it could not be ready the same day. They said it would be a couple days and we could meet to pick it up, somewhere in south county. The next day Manny called me to tell me the signs were ready and he could meet me to deliver. Unfortunately, I was too busy and couldn't get my schedule to sync up. I had to meet him back at the swap meet over the weekend. I picked up the signs, they were exactly as promised. I left the swap meet without realizing I left the signs on another vendors table on my way out. I got home, not finding the signs, figured they're a lost cause. I took note of a day to go back to Kobey's and order another set of signs from ECM. At 5:00p, Manny from ECM messages me to tell me another vendor dropped the signs off at his booth, knowing they came from him. Manny not only called to let me know but met us an hour later to claim the lost signs. Way above and beyond customer experience. Thanks!

I have requested very unique, large and detailed orders and the have never failed me. The quality and quick turn around is a definitely a reason I always return. I do not recommend going during "Chief Petty Officer Season" Sept-Oct time frame due to the high volume of orders of name tags but if you plan accordingly, you will set yourself up for success. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
