This store isn't far off the green line, which we always like (we live in downtown SD *because* we want to take public transit or walk everywhere). Plenty of parking, if that's your thing. Sherry was very helpful and listened and asked follow up questions. When we decided what we wanted, because it was the weekend she needed to wait until a weekday to check manufacturing at HT and get back to us. We've since spoken and confirmed a time frame. I'll update this if our delivery causes a need to update the review (I expect an October/November delivery). Because caring for your body parts is VERY important to your quality of life, we highly suggest this store and the kind folks there.

I appreciated that we got no pressure whatsoever from Sherry, who helped us during our visit. She was very knowledgeable about everything in the store, including the mattresses we were looking at. We did end up purchasing a mattress that day, and Sherry continued to be awesome, helping us through the process of having to exchange the bases that were sent to us, which were the incorrect size. She helped us set up white glove delivery of the correct size base, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience with this business. Sherry really made the difference in our experience.

B+C Office Interiors went above and beyond what was expected during this time. Carlos met with me directly and took initial measurements. He gave me different options for cubicle stations and furniture that would best fit the space of the actual office. Once I settled on a model, David came out with actual samples of fabric to ensure my satisfaction. The day of the install, Installer David, was efficient and courteous. He immediately knew what to do and didn't waste any time. He went right to it and finished it in a timely manner. This was the best experience for such a stressful event!! One I waited six weeks (SIX WEEKS) for them to get back to me. They never did. Then Costco referred them as a vendor for Trendway. I asked for specific information and did not receive what I was asking for, in addition they were already trying to sell other products that are not discounted through Costco. So if you feel like waiting...be my guest. PS I already have the vendor chosen (99% sure anyway) and will write a review on them when the job is completed. So far, they have over-performed on every level.

    If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.
