I can't get them to call me back. They charged me insurance for the wrong trailer for a year and a half, it was probably my husbands fault who was dying of cancer. This was always his department because he worked in insurance. I tried contacting them to get it straightened out. Will never call me back, no refund NOTHING! They are fabulous unless you have a problem. I tried getting car insurance and said it was a several month wait to get it. So I had to go with another company and bundle my home insurance so I imagine they are bent out of shape for that. I have canceled the rest of my policies, but have no way of knowing if they actually took care of it. read more

I am so glad I found Calimesa Insurance! I originally found Calimesa Insurance 5 years ago when we needed renters insurance for a home in Crestline. Recently, we purchased a home in Crestline and it was very difficult to find a policy because of the high fire risk. Calimesa Insurance came through once again and Samantha was able to find us coverage. Samantha took her time answering our questions and was a pleasure to do business with. Amy has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. She is wonderful at helping me save money on my policy.
