Holly and Alicia (I don't think she's there any longer) have always been so friendly and welcoming when you call or visit. All new customers will be seen after tax deadlines so fill out your tax extensions and be seen after tax season. Came here in the pervious yrs. They wouldn't see me as a regular customer any longer due to years lapse. Unfortunate. Mr Gardner told me to buy a house and come back. I don't know about you but one thing I hate is finding someone to do your taxes. I've experienced my share of duds. Strange locations, dungeon offices, mystery odors, unsavory characters, etc. I'm sure we've all been there before. Who do you trust? Where do you go? Friends always know a guy who knows a guy or knows someone that works the "magic". If that's your thing then by all means have at it but I'm always wary when it comes to taxes. I'd rather have it all on the table with no footsie. We came upon this place by chance. Most places close to home were closing and H&R block was not an option so my wife called this place and it was open. So we had a bit of a drive but from the minute we walked through the door I knew it was a winner. Every single member of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The process itself was quick and easy with no awkward "pulling teeth" conversation and the office was very nice and clean. Top notch for sure! We will return next year. read more
