Sid took down my financial statements and my goals and went to work. He customized and presented to me a couple different individual investment plans to suit and meet my personal needs.  He spent much quality time with me and even later on met with myself and one of my sons to further discuss these customized investment plans he had put in place for me. Sid continues showing honesty and transparency in conducting business transactions. He has no hesitation whatsoever meeting with any family member, your CPA or other business professional to further discuss, explain, strategize any concerns you may have to better serve your needs. Sid's positive attributes of openness, honesty and transparency has earned him not only my respect and my trust but also the respect and trust of my entire family. To further validate this, my son informed me that I no longer have to run any of my business transactions with Sid by him.  He says Sid has my best interest at heart and will advise me as to the best and most productive investments programs as if investing for himself or his mother.  Sid has good moral values and ethics. He makes you feel important and confident no matter the size of your investments. He guides you and shows you how to set a goal to start planning or to continue making smarter financial investments for a better future for yourself and/or your heirs. Sid will continue to be my lifetime financial advisor and has started advising other family members as well. Therefore, I highly recommend Sid for your financial planning investments and other programs as described on MARSHALL life and Financial Solutions, INC. website. Sid can be reached at (951) 704-9422. He also has my permission to give my phone number to any present or future clients who may want to know more about him. Marie Adams

Today we attended a tax seminar hosted by Marshall Life & Financial Solutions (MLFS). Victoria…read moreMarshall opened the session with brief remarks, followed by Adrien Barajas as the lead presenter. From the outset, the presentation was incoherent. Adrien jumped erratically between topics, clipped terminology mid-sentence, and attempted to showcase expertise through jargon that ultimately backfired. His use of a graph depicting tax history and national debt felt performative rather than informative--a clear turnoff. Mentions of Roth conversions were casually dropped, seemingly to entice attendees into future consultations rather than to educate. At no point did either presenter cite their professional credentials, nor are any verifiable designations listed on their website. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the material presented. The venue--a community room at the local library--was poorly maintained. We were forced to relocate due to visibly dirty tables and stained surfaces. The acoustics were equally problematic: excessive echo and ambient noise severely undermined any attempt at meaningful communication. It's unclear why MLFS couldn't secure a venue that meets basic health and presentation standards--such as a clean, carpeted hotel conference room with proper sound insulation and equipment. Victoria encouraged attendees to grab snacks as the session approached lunchtime, triggering a chorus of crinkling bags and chewing that further disrupted the already fractured delivery. Overall, this seminar failed on every metric: content quality, presenter skill, venue hygiene, and professional credibility. Within 15 minutes, we were compelled to leave--astonished by the lack of coherence and institutional rigor. It was, without exaggeration, the most poorly executed seminar we've ever attended.
