What an amazing find this was!! I met Dr Harper through Orian Wellness my Naturopathic Doctor, and was impressed by the rave reviews he got from patients and doctors there. When I got back from a 17 hour flight and my back was JACKED, I was desperate for some relief. I had the privilege of using dr mikes services when I blew out my knee playing basketball. With only 50% bending action of my knee I did pre-surgery rehab on my knee with him. While it was torturous at times, dr. mike got my knee movement to 95% before surgery, which paid dividends on my recovery time. Post surgery (new acl and trimmed meniscus) he helped me rehab my knee and I was back to work in less than 3 weeks. ( I run a pool service and repair biz so I am on my feet all day) The prehab along with the great post surgery work and chiropractic I received cut my recovery time by around 60% Can't say enough about how great the entire process was and how great Dr Mike was at getting me back to work fast. SCOLIOSIS surgery?? I don't think so! This was beyond expectations! Came in for the 5 day vacation rehab all the way from Colorado to make a change! I wish I could give a better review, but I honestly cannot. Mike treated what we thought was a QL issue about 6 months ago by literally beating the muscle with a power tool he has devised for this treatment. I underwent six painful treatments which did absolutely nothing for my problem. Furthermore the treatment has damaged tissue and left a depression where the power tool was used. I am now being treated by a more knowledgeable chiropractor who is actually trying to treat the underlying cause of the muscle tightness rather than treat the effect. Mike is a very nice person but I question his methods, he doesn't seem interested in finding the underlying cause of a problem. Treating the sympton is not helpful. I would advise patients to think before they allow him to beat a muscle to try to reduce the pain/problem. It made the problem worse not better for me! read more

Dr. Mike really is talented at what he does. I have a lot of lower back pain and terrible posture and he knows exactly what to do to to correct my posture and take the pain away. He is very creative in his treatment and frequently takes me onto the gym floor at EZIA and has me to stretches and exercises that benefit me. Today I used this cool new piece of equipment called the Ski Erg that really help strengthen those small muscles in my back. Terrible! This chiropractor billed my insurance company over $900 for a "diagnosis" that was less educated than mine (I do not work in medical). I would not pay $30 for the diagnosis! Receptionist attempted to coerce me into pre-paying 12 copays for visits prior to even receiving the diagnosis. Second visit I received the diagnosis which I could tell he did not spend any time on. He was figuring it out on the spot, and his lack of focus and lack of useful knowledge reminded me of my old pot-smoking friends. Nonetheless, I stayed for the therapy, which lasted about 45 minutes total, and which I estimate Dr. Wasilisin and his assistant seperately spent 20 minutes on me. The therapy wasn't bad, but it is information that is available online for my condition. IT WAS NOTHING SPECIAL. For this second visit, Wasilisin's office billed my insurance $5xx dollars! (after my co-pay of $20!) THIS WAS ALSO AFTER THE RECEPTIONIST "VERIFIED" THAT MY VISITS WOULD BE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE! When I received the billing information from my insurance, I was incredulous! I felt duped! *$9xx dollars for a diagnosis no better than my own??? Then, *$5xx for a total of 20 minutes doctor's time, + 20 min assistant, doing therapy movements that are a 10-second google search away? Ridiculous! **Notes: I've left out specific dollar amounts because I do not wished to be tracked by their office. My insurance company discounts the price to me, so I pay 1/2 the $5xx charge, and roughly 1/3 of the $9xx charge. Still, $%& ridiculous. PEOPLE: the lesson I learned is to get the codes that an office wants to bill your insurance for; then from the insurance company get the percentage they will cover for those codes. In this way you (hopefully!) will not be bilked of your money, and nor will the insurance company (unless you don't care). I have not yet paid the outrageous sums asked for, and will take further steps if I must. read more

Dr. Josh is awesome! He's taken such great care of me this year, and I totally recommend him to anyone and everyone. I started going to see him when I injured my IT band and he quickly got me feeling better. I continued to see him after my injury was better for adjustments. About 2 months ago, I had ACL surgery and had to walk with a straight leg brace for 6 weeks, which totally messed up my alignment. Dr. Josh helped me stay in alignment and reduced the pain I was feeling as a result of walking in a brace. I'm super stoked on Dr. Josh. read more

I wish I could give more but I am disappointed with how things went. They are a VERY kind staff and they do care, however I had reactive arthritis due to an autoimmune disease. They shared they had experience and could help me. Later to find out that how they treated me was not at all how you should approach someone with my type of arthritis. I just wished they were more upfront about their knowledge with what I had. I ended up having to cancel my package, and later to find out I did not get refunded for the co-payments I prepaid. They said it was because insurance did not refund them on some but I was pre approved for a set amount of visits. Not worth it to continue to argue about it. If you have any type of arthritis due to autoimmune disease, i would suggest to find someone who has experience with it BUT if you are just needing a place to get some good rehab for sport injuries, I have heard they are good. I have been a dental hygienist for 29 years and have accumulated a lot of back and neck issues. I came to Dr Josh to treat my lower back pain which is now almost nonexistent. I had a complete ACL and Meniscus repair done on my right knee about 4 months ago. I have been struggling with the recovery due to some excessive swelling and scar tissue that is surrounding my knee, my PT recommended that I spend some extra time working with Dr. Mike and WOW after only 1 treatment my range of motion was significantly improved. He worked my knee in such a way that both ROM and swelling went down. CaliSpine changed my life. I know it sounds cliche, but it is true. I came in with severe lower back pain that radiated down the lateral aspect of my right leg to the top of my foot. I went to see Dr Mike for an injury sustained while running. I had terrible pain in my hip, low back, glut and mid back. Besides having to stop all physical activity I was in daily pain and sitting and even sleeping wasn't very tolerable. Dr Mike got to the root of my pain in my QL, hip, piriformis, and SI Joint. After only one treatment I felt significant relief and after a few weeks I was feeling much better. Over the years I have been pretty active with Weight Training, Crossfit and various sports. Unfortunately I have had more than my share of injuries. Due to my many injuries I have had several opportunities to visit a Physical Therapist and/or a Chiropractor. In most cases my time and money was not well spent. Dr Josh is the best and I am so glad I found him! He is so knowledgeable about everything that has to do with neurology, chiropractics, sports therapy and healthy living. I went to him after herniating my c4-c5 vertebrae and was in a lot of pain and experiencing quite a bit of numbness. I've been to Dr Mike for a number of back problems and sports injuries, and in every case he has been able to do amazing things to get me functional. He is very knowledgeable and his treatments are far more complete than just a 'back crack'. Oftentimes a single visit is all that's needed to stop even severe pain and relax badly spasmed muscles. Dr.Mike and Andrew have been great, and are different from any chiropractor I have been to, and I have been to a number of chiropractors, this is the first time it was not treating the symptom, but building a plan to address the cause.
