He said it was too far to travel (I live about 25 miles north of Williamsport), which I would have been able to understand, but for the fact that he has done repairs on several occasions for my uncle and for my cousins, all of whom live less than a mile from me, and who were the ones that recommended that I call him in the first place. Perhaps he has recently decided to limit his service area, which is certainly his right, but if it hadn't been for the nasty tone of his message, I wouldn't be writing this negative review. He should really work on his communications/marketing skills.

i would not recommend this business to anyone. my husband and i bought a brand new stove from here…read more2 yrs. ago now. the stove has been cleaned each year. and by the way the guy they recommended to do cleaning came down last year and spent all but a half hour at our house. and then he wanted paid (under the table)$90 for doing really nothing that we could see. in any case, my husband wound up and thoroughly tried to clean it as best he could because that guy did not do much. since then we have been having problems heating the one room we have let alone the whole 28x40 home we have. it smokes out the glass door. the valve adjustments on the door seem to be all messed up and the ledge right under the door literally falls off. the stove is a piece of junk!! to think i paid over 1600 dollars for this and now we rarely can rely on it for heat. i just wish someone would help us with this because i may wind up and check into better business bureau for help. we do not damage our things as a matter of fact mostly last winter i was sick with cancer and my husband worked nights so it was not used heavy. oh i forgot also he put a new seal around the inside of the door and it only lasted about 3 days. the stove makes me sick everytime i think about having bought it. i would never buy another stove from there. and right now i cannot afford another stove. makes me sick!!!! very unsatisfied customer!!! john e and christina h buck 54 west second st. turbotville,pa. 17772 570-649-6667
