Turns out he was a bit of a drive from where I needed things done. Instead of sending me a ridiculous price I got a nice note asking if he could recommend some companies closer to me area because of the distance. The crew was polite and caring of our items and truly went above and beyond on a hot day. Joel customer service was top notch and pricing was more fair than bigger moving companies.
