This would have been my 2nd time using All American Pressure Cleaning. I called on 4/20 and spoke…read moreto the owner, Mike and made an appointment for Tuesday 4/28. By 11:30 I had not heard from AAPC so I called. A BOT answered the phone and after a few minutes indicated the person was running late who was supposed to do my home pressure washing and should be there within 10 minutes. I called back 10 minutes later and the BOT responded that someone would be calling me within 1/2 hour to give me an update. I called back again at 1:55 and asked the BOT to have a real person call me. By now I have wasted more than 1/2 day. Someone (would not say their name) finally txt me and claimed they never spoke to me on the 20th. I told them that wasn't true and copied and pasted my call log to their main number. That person apologized and asked me if I would reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday 5/8. Once again... no calls, no show. I was told the person who was supposed to do the work called in sick. Very disappointed. Our first experience was totally different. Not sure what is going on but I won't waste any more time doing business with a company that won't answer the phone, return calls or speak to a customer that they have missed 2 appointments with. Save yourself some time and frustration. Find a more reliable company.

I shared a video with the garage in case the lights didn't appear for them. They said, it's $150+ just to look at it and it was not refundable and the $150 didn't apply towards repair. That afternoon I received what looked like a vehicle assessment of nothing what was asked for with the exception of the issue mentioned cause was the "ABS Module" needed to be replaced" and a used one was $1200. Well, I had had no problems with the brakes and when I ask the same person what the mechanic thought of the video she said, "what video". Needless to say I was quite sure it was not an issue with the brake so I called a friend of mine in Germany and he help me diagnose the real problem, a loose ground. After checking across the vehicle, yup I found a loose ground. Grabbed a wrench from my tool box and in less that 3 minutes of effort it was fixed. All the light when off within a seconds of starting the truck and the transmission now purrs. If you need something more than 'simple', try somewhere else. I won't use them again, I dont recommend them, and the best I can say is it was a $150 lesson. Oh, and to add insult to injury as my Grandma used to say, I had to block CarFax, the garage had sold my data to them and I receive relentless unsolicited contacts.
