I really can't say enough good things about these guys! I coordinated with Mike to have our house, driveway and sidewalk pressure washed as well as the gutters and dryer duct cleaned. We're currently renting our house out since we're no longer stationed at Hunter Army Air Field and coordinated for the work long distance. Mike and his guys were great to work with; they provided pictures of the before/after via text message, gave us feedback, photos and an on the spot quote for fixing our gutters that had separated from the house, and even coordinated for their own water when it turned out our water had already been turned off from the house. They get back to you right away, show up when they say they will and ensure you're happy with the results. They will literally be my first call to have any future work done on our house, even if its not cleaning! read more

This would have been my 2nd time using All American Pressure Cleaning. I called on 4/20 and spoke to the owner, Mike and made an appointment for Tuesday 4/28. By 11:30 I had not heard from AAPC so I called. A BOT answered the phone and after a few minutes indicated the person was running late who was supposed to do my home pressure washing and should be there within 10 minutes. I called back 10 minutes later and the BOT responded that someone would be calling me within 1/2 hour to give me an update. I called back again at 1:55 and asked the BOT to have a real person call me. By now I have wasted more than 1/2 day. Someone (would not say their name) finally txt me and claimed they never spoke to me on the 20th. I told them that wasn't true and copied and pasted my call log to their main number. That person apologized and asked me if I would reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday 5/8. Once again... no calls, no show. I was told the person who was supposed to do the work called in sick. Very disappointed. Our first experience was totally different. Not sure what is going on but I won't waste any more time doing business with a company that won't answer the phone, return calls or speak to a customer that they have missed 2 appointments with. Save yourself some time and frustration. Find a more reliable company. read more

I got "two" emails from this company "booking me for appointments" on both the 14th and 15th of May, after merely inquiring about this business. I called to cancel both and shortly afterward got a phone call from "Mike" asking me why I cancelled and he started arguing with me saying he had my name and address! I told him I never booked an appointment m...and further after reading the reviews of his company would NEVER hire him....and he told me to go "F" myself!!! This company should just be called the "All American PRESSURE Company"!!! They should be banned from Yelp for extremely unprofessional business practices! read more

These guys came to pressure wash our townhomes. First, they didn't show up twice. They were supposed to come inside of the fenced in back patios of each unit and pressure wash the fencing, underside of the awning, and siding. The guy decided he wanted to do a half-ass job and simply leaned over the fence to spray what he could reach. I'm doing so, he sprayed all of my furniture with bleach! When I tried to talk to him about it, he was rude and said he was going to do it the way he wanted to do it! Completely unprofessional and poor job! I would not recommend this company! read more

I didn't make an appointment. I wasn't looking for someone to pressure wash or window clean my house at all! I saw a truck pull up in front of my house. He sat there for at least 10 minutes. I went to the backyard to to some chores, etc. and a gentleman came around to the backyard gate and said he was here to pressure wash my house. I explained that I did not make an appointment, nor do I want pressure washing service. He indicated he had done my house before. I told him I had been here 2 years and never used his service, or anyone else's. Then he left. But interesting, I reviewed my surveillance system and saw that he had rang my door bell several times, looked into my house through the door windows, and decided to remove my door mat and potted plants from the front porch as if he was going to pressure wash with neither my presence nor my permission. I called the office and they hanged me up over and over, I really don't know why the put an add if they are no confident. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had used them in the past for power washing and gutter cleaning. Called for a return trip even though at the first visit they did not clean the upstairs gutters as quoted. This time I verified that they would by sending the owner Mike Vidan a video of what gutter was missed last time and was told "no problem." I also added two extra areas for more additional cost. We spent part of the weekend clearing all of the spaces from furniture, plants, etc. only to have one tech show up an hour late and say "oh I can not get on a metal roof, I fell off before and it is too dangerous" and that he had not been told of the extra areas I added. Well, the tech called the owner to explain the situation and the owner said to tell her we are not going to do it and he left!!!! UNBELEIVABLE. I tried to call the owner only to get a voice mail just seconds after the tech called him. I then texted and asked that he call me and he texted 20 minutes later "My tech did not feel comfortable on a metal roof. Safety first." I said please call me before I review your company and his glib reply was "thank you for your feedback." FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY." Oh and by the way the tech told me his equipment was not even working to be able to spray to the top of the roof from the ground so in my opinion they were planning on half way doing the job to begin with. And it was not CHEAP and I was willing to pay the price. Lesson learned! read more

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was overwhelmingly negative. I hired this team to complete interior and exterior window cleaning and pressure washing of the whole house. After my initial contact for pricing, I received a text with pricing, but asked for pricing on washing screens, sills, and tracks. I also confirmed that all of our exterior patios would be completed for the pricing quoted and was directed to online to book. I confirmed with the owner via text and phone call. When the job was "completed" (two days after it was scheduled to be completed), the sills were not cleaned, screens were filthy, tracks weren't touched, some windows looked as if they hadn't even been cleaned except for power washing, and the exterior paver patio was not complete. While Mike's team did come back out to do the patio and Mike took $100 off his pricing, I was completely mislead by this company. I would not recommend their services to anyone based on my experience. read more

I made an appointment through their website to have my windows cleaned the next morning. I received the confirmation email shortly after. No one came to clean my windows. I called the office 4 times and was never told why no one showed up. The owner finally texted me later in the afternoon to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. He said that two emails were sent cancelling the appointment, but I never received them. I called the owner but he would not answer my call. Later in the evening the owner texted me again. This time he was very rude and condescending. If I had been given an apology and a reschedule with any kind of empathy, I would recommend this company however with sarcsasm and abruptness, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

I called the office after getting a quote online to schedule. For three days I left a message with the office personnel before the owner sent me a text to scedule an appointment. We scheduled for Monday. No one showed or called to say they couldn't make it out. I called every day after work and left another message wanting to know when someone could come out. Thursday afternoon the owner finally sent me another text stating he could send someone out on Friday. Needless to say I went with another company, the one that called me back the same day. I called and got an answering service that said they would call back. After the 2nd call, I got a text giving me a quote. I called back and asked to speak to someone as we had some other buildings that needed washing as well as the house. I asked how he gave me a quote without coming out and he said he looked up the house on line. We arranged a time for him to come and I explained I had taken the day off t have several contractors come to do work. I asked if he needed directions and he said no he looked it up on line. He did no show up at the arranged time. Instead I got a text saying we will be there today. I called his cell and left a VM explaining that I was working around several contractors and needed a time and asked that he call. I got a text saying he would be there at 3 PM. He did not come at 3. At 5 I texted and told him to forget it. He said that his man had called for directions and gotten no answer at 3:30. I had no missed call. What a wasted day! read more
