He is a master manipulator. At one point he tried to charge me 5 points in order to lower my interest rate a measly 1/2 percent. He even fooled the Realtor I was working with almost to the end. Fortunately the Realtor had some integrity and managed to salvage my deal at the last minute. He is the worst lender I have ever used. I have no idea why he is not in jail. He has had to change companies a few times after my deal closed. I am confident it is because he got caught trying to pad his commision. Stay away from this guy. He's a wolf in a expensive suit. I worked with this guy after the financial crash during the worst lending climant in history. It really takes someone arrogant to try to rip someone off during that time. I might add that my loan was not huge, so why inflate the fees so much unless you are purposefully trying to rip someone off. I also want to clarify that I am not in the real estate business as implied by other reviews. I am in the medical business. This guy cost me extra money by delaying the close of my deal. I am sincerely concerned that he is still out there being allowed to rip people off.
