I chose Stephen to clear out some junk/ debris from a bathroom remodel and just years of accumulative stuff at my parents house he quoted me fairly and informed me of the things he couldn't take at that moment but also gave me options of how to get rid of those things which I think is something most people won't do. It was a lot of junk and a lot of heavy wood , he removed stuff from the back, side and front yard . And for doing it all himself it only took him two hours which I was surprised it was that fast there was a lot of items. All and all I would recommend his services his prices are fair , it was easy to communicate with him cause I had a horrible experience with another company on just the phone call (willow glen gardening) and Stephen was fast and got strait to the point and got everything done with no hesitation and the communication and education was great. He got the job mostly done but was very rude and very late. It was about a hundred yards from my property to his truck and he did everything manually with multiple loads. Stephen was very rude and unpleasant when he arrived. I needed the job done promptly, so I still hired him. Since he had no cart, he carried multiple loads of carpet to be disposed to his truck and 34 55 lb boxes of hardwood flooring one by one to my property on his shoulder. It took over an hour and I had to babysit my car which was illegally parked and I couldn't be productive on the work I needed to do on my remodel. Highly unproductive to do a job like that without a cart! The last eight boxes or so he left at the bottom of the stairs and my contractor had to carry them up to the second story. I also wheeled 4 of the boxes myself on my own dolly to help speed up the process. He also arrived 2 hours later than originally promised--that was the reason I had to still hire him in spite of his rudeness. Update: Based on his recent responses to my review, which was incredibly rude (further reinforcing my above review), without basis, and downright abusive without any merit or relevance, I have updated my review to 1 star from 3 stars. His review reply included, "I did the whole entire job while you jacked off in your car , stay away from me you pedophile,". I also reported his reply to Yelp. Yelp removed his review. Stephen, there are ways to talk to people to get your way without being incredibly rude. Stephen posted another abusive review after Yelp removed his last one that included, "your unhappy because I didn't want to be your hoe", "your a sick person", and "your fake ass hell." read more

It's a fair price, but was told when he got here that he didn't want to take some items because he has to pay more. It wasn't chemicals, just some old bricks and pressure treated wood, so while he hauled away 90% he left trash for us to deal with. IMO if he only wants to trash certain items it should be listed somewhere on his site or we should be told of it beforehand. read more
