I called him to schedule an estimate and he came right over (less than 30 minutes). I should have read the one star reviews first. At a glance when searching Yelp for junk disposal, his business comes up first with a five star rating. I gave him a call and told him what I needed picked up, he said he was busy today and tomorrow. I told him that's fine and he can pick it up next week or when he has time, instead he gave me some bogus excuse. Funny how the photos of his truck states "Free estimates" next to his phone number. He said he doesn't give estimates over the phone then hung up. That's just weird that most of his reviews are 5 stars. I'm calling BS. Most of them must be fake. The guy has bad customer service.
