Not to mention that my interaction with Jeff was like the evil dead. Really sick man there I hope he gets the help he needs- to learn how to communicate and not throw nasty anger around. Customer service is pretty simple- if you have a diagnostic fee then when you drop off the car you let the customer know about your $150 diagnostic fee for all issues. The shop kept my vehicle for approximately 14 months, and when it was returned, it was almost in worse condition than when I brought it in. Among the issues I discovered were a broken headlight, incomplete repairs, and parts left inside the vehicle for me to install myself. The vehicle was returned with several serious safety concerns, including a hood that was not functioning properly and a battery that was unsecured and moving freely under the hood. In my opinion, this created a potential safety hazard. In addition, the air conditioning system was not properly serviced, as no refrigerant had been added. Work that should have been completed was either left unfinished or performed improperly. They actually used wood screws, glue instead of brackets and bolts. As a result, I am now facing thousands of dollars in additional repair costs to correct problems that were not fixed and to address issues caused by the condition in which the vehicle was returned. Based on my experience, I can only recommend All-Pro Automotive being permanently shut down.

Today, front brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing along with rear drum and brake pad replacement cost me $459... I was quoted $751 to include front rotor replacement vs resurfacing. 24k warranty. Ugh. Car maintenance is a pain but I think they treated me right.

Superb Customer Service. Absolutely A++…read more We were traveling home, still more than 6 hours away, when our vehicle broke down. While arranging a tow, we called around and were recommended Budget Auto Repair. After speaking to them, we were able to get our vehicle secured at their location even though they would be closed two hours before we arrived. The following day, our vehicle's fuel pump was replaced and finished at the close of business. We were an hour away, but the good folks at Budget Auto Repair were more than happy to stay until we arrived to pick it up that evening so that we could resume our travels. Unfortunately our vehicle broke down again the next morning when we resumed travels, and we were about 45 minutes to the north of Jacksonville. After a brief troubleshooting call to Budget Auto Repair, they arranged for a tow back to the shop and an all-hands review of the issue. The problem was identified quickly as a faulty hose that was provided on the replacement fuel pump. They removed the tank, built a better hose, installed the new hose on the fuel pump, and had us back on the road in the early afternoon. We were stunned at the absolute attention to getting the vehicle running, even though the issue was a manufacturing defect and not an oversight on their part. The staff at Budget Auto Repair need superhero capes. They are an exceptional example of customer service at its best.
