He said it would be a 2-person job, and that he'd get approval from Select Home Warranty to proceed, and the office would call to schedule a second appointment. That was on May 22. No one has ever come back, despite my calling both Select Home Warranty and the 2 Men and a Snake office. I keep hearing promises and finger pointing between the warranty company and the plumbing company. I ended up having to hire a different plumber who fixed it in 90 minutes by himself.
