Clear communication all the way through the process; lovely customer service; they are a mobile business, which was super convenient; they did a job well done! Detailing is not cheap & I won't say that the job was cheap, but A&E's pricing is reasonable, clearly stated on their website, and the quote was given up front. I was verbally told by him if it rained the day scheduled he would come the next day, then he is rude. I wouldn't do business with someone that doesn't even know what gas lighting is. Then to add insult to injury he gas lights look at his response. Ego out of control. From Austin: Offering you tomorrow was probably a first option. Saying I can do it either x,or y day to give you two options to choose from. You picked today, within minutes after that conversation I already had other people scheduled for the following day. Call the people for Monday if you don't want to wait but we can do without the gas lighting.
