Clear communication all the way through the process; lovely customer service; they are a mobile business, which was super convenient; they did a job well done! Saying I can do it either x,or y day to give you two options to choose from. You picked today, within minutes after that conversation I already had other people scheduled for the following day. We did, and they buffed and waxed out the marks. The detail manager was friendly and apologetic, and did the work himself. We are satisfied with the outcome, though the marks shouldn't have happened in the first place. Plus I had to take off work to get there before 3pm in order to meet the detail manager. Because of the inconvenience, we don't feel right going up to a full five stars. But excellent service recovery!

My floor mats weren't removed, they only briefly wiped down the drivers side floor mat. All of my doors still had smudges and marks on them. And my center console wasn't even touched. I choose Automotive Aesthetics from reading previous reviews even though it was a longer drive my home than other detailers and am happy I did so. Chocolate milk was smeared all over the SUV, and because the vehicle's headliner is off-white, the stains on the ceiling were especially noticeable. Automotive Aesthetic completely removed the milk stains from the ceiling, along with stains on the sun visors and other small areas that had appeared over years. The interior detailing was thorough and meticulous--everything was spotless without any greasy residue. They even cleaned areas of the center console that no one else has ever been able to reach! First time with being in town to help my UVA daughter out and got her car washed. I chose Tiger…read morebecause it was a newer facility with the latest equipment. I did receive personal service after waiting a few minutes for staff. However you can self serve, select and pay. I did like the personal touch. I choose a $17 wash through their automated facility. They do offer two bays for self hand wash. Staff was friendly. I saw the car in front of me get significant prep by staff which I was excited about. Then my turn the staff was interrupted by another staff and literally got little prep. That was in my mind the no way I'm giving them a 5. After my wash I went to the self vacuum area which was tidy. The car was still very wet. The vacs worked fine, but the spaces seemed more condensed than others. The air sprayer to blow drops off is a huge bonus if working properly. It was actually blowing out condensation though. After finishing I wanted to make a left turn out to the highway which was impossible with heavy traffic. No big deal, I made a right to later pull a u-turn. After driving over 3 miles I finally made an illegal u-turn at highway 250. A 3 really seems to fit them well for my only experience.
