He is the best chiropractor I've been to, with consistent and thorough maintenance and care for you as a patient. He thoroughly explains his techniques, styles and treatment to you not only at the beginning of treatment, but as you progress through your care program. He's always interested in how you're doing generally, and especially after any change in the treatment protocol or a new adjustment that he may give you. He has multiple modalities of treatments there, a traction machine, different types of chiropractic tables, and an ATM machine, which is fabulous. He also has a massage therapist available to help you along in your treatment if needed, as well as nutritional testing. Dr. Barsoum also spends a great deal of time with you, and makes sure you get everything you need at each appointment. He doesn't operate his office like an assembly line chiropractor like so many others. If it wasn't for Dr. Barsoum, I really think that my pain levels would be off the charts. Due to his treatment and recommendations, I'm able to have more mobility as well. If that wasn't enough, Dr. Barsoum accommodates your schedule as much as possible, and has an incredible bed-side manner, is kind and compassionate. As I moved, I would try chiropractors in my local area, and I never had any success. They always required a full-set of x-rays, even if I had recent ones I could provide, and then they would do very minor adjustments to my back, so that it would take a very long time to get to feeling normal again. It felt like it was all a scam to make money on extra visits (10 visits minimum, with the expectation of needing to go bi-weekly to monthly for the rest of my life). Whenever I was near Fowlerville, I would come back to see Dr. Tim, and he would have my back in great shape with 1 VISIT, most of the time. I now live an hour away from Dr. Tim, and I no longer bother going to another chiropractor. Why sign-up for a lengthy, expensive process, when I can have relief quickly!?

I was suffer vertigo so bad, which I have never had before! Went to the ER on Monday morning! He was willing to take me in and do what he could to help with relief! After my first time I felt relief for about 90 min, then went back to dizziness! He wasn't giving up and I went back in the same day, that helped keep it away longer! After 2 more visits, today I woke up feeling completely normal, no more vertigo!
