The price certainly isn't painless! I went to the business website first and saw that there was free consultations and that is why I decided to visit this place. When I got there they took my insurance information and my ID, I then went into the back room where I watched a video. Then I went into another room where they talked to me and told me there x-ray machine wasn't working and that is was "my lucky day" and that I would receive a brief adjustment because the x-ray was not working. After the adjustment they told me that it was going to cost over $100.00 and there was a sign that stated I had to pay at right away. There was no informed consent to these charges as I was not aware of the cost beforehand. When I complained about it they acted like I was just trying to getting something free which is not the case, I just feel like this is, at the least, a dishonest act, or, it may also be a bait and switch tactic. read more

Dr Ide continues to amaze me... he has played a significant role in giving my life back, from Disk Decompression, holistic and mental healing to the most recent and hopefully final stage in my recovery with the healing of my Neuropathy... Beginning chiropractic care at Painless was an excellent decision. As a registered nurse, I work long hours, almost entirely on my feet, on a hard floor. Combine that with transferring patients for 12.5 hours a day, sometimes 3 days in a row, my back takes a beating. Many days my legs were so sore, you'd see me limp. That leg fatigue is completely gone! With the scoliosis getting corrected, my hips and neck are much less painful. I wish I would have started sooner. The staff is amazing; incredibly friendly and helpful. I love the gals in the office. My daughter has begun going as well.
