So I went inside and told the cashier that the air pump was not working and I had paid for the service....she said....Oh Yeah...sometimes it does not work.... I asked for a refund (it was a $2 charge).....and she was able to give me the cash....I asked her if she might consider putting a "Out of Service" sign out on the pump, so others don't have to go through wasting their time........I walked around the store for something to munch..
