Callaway & Wolf is ignoring my time of discovery. Which is still this year; 1/20/2021. Directly from medical examination and statement from my doctor. A better way to turn down a case would be to simply say they don't want to handle such a case. Instead of telling someone what THEIR time of discovery was for me (It matters the evidence of my time of discovery and IS NOT SIMPLE DISCOVERY DATE THIS TIME). The reason being it's more of a private natured case involving genital/pelvic area surgery operation on the wrong body part which someone can only find out during a relationship basically. The issue is definitely a later discovery date which does not match up exactly when you had the surgery ALWAYS. due to the nature of not being able to see inside your own body. Basically, And, Callaway and Wolf is too squeamish to even TOUCH on my case not because of discovery OF WHICH I HAVE PLENTIFUL EVIDENCE of my discovery date. But, they are in fact not taking my reason not because of "time of discovery". but, using this as a evasion to help someone in my situation instead of directly telling me they do not want to handle such a case because the nature of it. Is just plain upsetting. It's evident they are ignoring my discovery & evident of why they are evading the case (because i have evidence of time of discovery) without even sympathizing and handling the case being adults and not afraid of talking about literal sexual damage. Damaging my ability to have such a relationship; it would make anyone uncomfortable to talk about. But, they arent being honest or even caring about my time of discovery & evading such a case because no one wants to take such a case because it's embarrassing. (a convenience despite the psychological damage i'm accumulating due to harsh reality of this being "too private to litigate the huge damages") MESSAGE FROM CALLAWAY & WOLF The medical malpractice statutes of limitation are complex. There is both a one-year limit and a three-year limit. The one year runs from the "date of discovery." The nature of this surgery is only discoverable on a later date & when consortium occurs. It just goes to show how people are accustomed to comfort and normality. Basically, its a very serious and dangerous case; with Permanent life damages albeit an embarrassing subject. People want cases where it's convenient; no embarrassment, OBVIOUS CASES, huge damages which mean they are easily going to become more rich, and instances where the damages IS VISUAL FOR THEM. The issue of this convenience of which evading the case based of discovery despite the evidence. Is the simple fact that this is why there is such high suicide rates in my groups of people. I have PLENTIFUL EVIDENCE of medical malpractice & the discovery date once again. In general Callaway and Wolf will Lie to you or over simplify and then They will be of course good to you if the case is obvious like someone dying and then that was your simple discovery date. But, the issue that they seem to be ignoring and lying about is WHEN I DISCOVERED IT IS THE TIME OF DISCOVERY. Don't lie Callaway and Wolf; Time of discovery "DELAYED DISCOVERY" exists for this very reason. The truth is they are evading my case with a dishonest form of denial because its inconvenient on discovery, a squeamish subject, & not something next to anyone knows about. Callaway and Wolf is an incredible Law Firm which represented me during the long drawn out process of a slip and fall accident I had with a major Bay Area Transportation Agency (BART). After filing an accident report, calling the agency and writing a letter, all which went unanswered I sought the advice of several law firms. Boone Callaway was the one who was reassuring and listened. We met at my home with my family. He was gracious and honest about this type of injury accident and knew that subsequent surgery would be followed by rehabilitation. After some investigation and follow up, Boone was on the case. It was a very hard fought case over the years, meeting with the "oppositional" lawyer for mediation and resolve. Boone Callaway and associates (Tyler was awesome) put in much time and work on my case diligently keeping me informed along the way. Though we met with the transportation agency lawyers several times my case ultimately went to a jury trial. I was amazed at the depth of research and presentation of the trial work by Boone and Vadim (my main lawyers). What I witnessed during the weeks of the trial was someone who was on my side against a big transportation agency. Kind of like David and Goliath. Apparently very few of these cases go all the way through trial, so I am in a rare position to comment from that perspective. From surgery to recovery through rehab I had a loss of work wages, and though insured, much out of pocket expenses associated with medical costs and after care costs not covered by surgery. The trial jury was long lasting, over two weeks which included deliberation. Boone and Vadim presented compelling information and testimony which ultimately won my case. Boone took the time to know me and know how this affected my life. I have a demanding job that requires motion and that ability is now limited. I also am an ardent outdoors person. This kind of mindful activity is incredibly important to me and is paramount as a way to stay balanced and do the work I do daily with Veterans. I was in a crosswalk in November 2009 when a westbound pickup truck didn't bother to stop at the far crosswalk and, though I saw him and tried to get out of the way, it drove into me. While I didn't sustain any broken bones, I was thrown onto the windshield and then into the air, landing hard in the street on my forehead. Mine was a rather unusual case because, aside from some cosmetic damage to my head and mouth that most people would probably deem minor to moderate, my main residual effects didn't begin to show themselves until about five to six weeks after the accident: most notably, severe, nauseating migraines lasting three and four hours and considerable knee and shoulder pain. Well, I've gotta say, these guys are the greatest! Let me explain.... I am got into a horrific, life-threatening motorcycle accident in late September of 2006. It was totally not my fault (supported by the police report and witness statements). I was fortunate in that the guy who hit me -- as I came to find out a bit later -- had a $100000 auto policy, as well as FOUR or FIVE pieces of real estate in San Francisco and Las Vegas.
