A crew arrived at 7 A.M. and the work was completed by 6:00 P.M. We had some moldy plywood sheathing that was discovered upon removal of the shingles and they replaced them with HUD UM-40 APA 24/16 rated sheathing that exceeds code requirements for residential construction. The Atlas shingles that were installed look absolutely fantastic. Upon completion of the work, all debris was removed. We feel the work was exceptionally good and a supervisor shared images of the complete process undertaken that required 13 hours of labor. We have nothing but praise for what we experienced and for what we see as our new roof. The view from the street it's testimonial to work well done !

At the show everybody I dealt with from the company was very personable and professional. This was a great experience, I would highly recommend them.

The team at Elite was awesome -- Ryan walked us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and was a huge help during the planning stages. We even ran into a couple of unexpected issues along the way, and Jeremie was on top of those too. The crew, led by Rudy, did a great job -- professional and a well-oiled machine. Kevin (Design Consultant) was very attentive and listened carefully to our needs, providing different options for our review and discussion. His priority was to deliver what we wanted in our kitchen update. He guided us through the entire selection process and always gave us his input when we asked and made adjustments along the journey based on our feedback. He took the time to provide us numerous estimated costs for different options and actually in the end, they were under budget. Kevin and his installation team (headed by David) was very professional and detail oriented and it showed in the quality of their work. We were impressed with their exceptional craftsmanship with cabinet door, sink, hardware and painting installation. In addition, they left our home spotless after every visit from the first day through the last day of the project installation.
