When I brought it back, they told me they would try to reglaze it. Later they called and said they couldn't fix it because there were "too many layers of paint," even though there were absolutely no instructions anywhere stating that customers couldn't paint more than three layers. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they refused a refund and the most I could be offred was only a 5% discount which I agreed I. The moment only to realize I wouldn't want to even return to that place to repaint . When my husband called to discuss it further, Tonya was rude and dismissive on the phone. The whole interaction felt very unprofessional. If there are strict painting rules that can ruin a piece, those instructions should be clearly explained to customers beforehand. Blaming customers afterward and refusing to make it right is not good business practice. Unfortunately this experience left us feeling uncomfortable even returning to the store. I would not recommend this place if you expect respectful customer service or accountability when something goes wrong.

I bought this candle at one of its fundraisers for my school. it smelt amazing and lasted me a very…read morelong time yes. But when I went to use it this last time. I was intending to leave it burning for only a few hours. just like I have don't before in the past. as I was doing stuff around my room away from the candle. I heard this cracking noise. and I thought it was very weird and suspicious so I went to go check it out and the entire top part of my glass container where the candle was completely black and it was cracking the glass and so I quickly put the top over it put the Kindle out and after it was for cool the glass was extremely hot and so I picked it up in the entire came off the glass jar.
