    Family friendly And very fun

Messages stating we have been contacted for pickup that I never received until the "final call". ‍

My child and I went in at the end of June for some pottery painting. We had a nice experience painting and we paid before we left (about $50). They told us it would be about six weeks until we would receive a call for pick up because they had to glaze the product. I had been patiently waiting for a call that they are ready since I live in a different city. Mind you, I did not jot down the date we went in to paint. I received a call on 9/10 stating I was need to go pick up my items before they trashed them. I asked why would they trash them if this is the first notice Ive received that they were even ready. I was told that I had already received a previous call and and an email notifying me. I never received a call or even a voicemail. I went through my emails and I did not receive one either. When I notified the lady on the phone that this was actually my first contact she stated once again that I had a time frame to go in before they trashed our items. I don't ever leave bad reviews but this is highly unprofessional of a business to state they've made contact with me and truly never have. There were several items with a pink last call tag sitting waiting for pick up and it makes me wonder whether they were truly contacted or not. We will not be returning.

I drove here to see if I could buy a few bottles and to my surprise, I found it no where. I looked for someone to help and a lady at fabrics offered. She was super helpful at assisting me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately we didn't find anything related to what I needed in her department so she advised me to ask the front for help. I thanked her and went to the front to find someone that could possibly pull it up in their system. I asked a cashier if they could help and she referred me to another woman walking the front with an iPad. I told her what I was looking for and she didn't have a clue. I mentioned to her that I had the skew number provided from the website and she replied, "that would tell me anything, I can't find it that way". Not totally her fault but if their website states they have plenty in stock it should have an isle number and section to where you can find it. Totally not the case here. Super frustrated with the whole situation so I left. Unfortunately they will not get me business today and it wasn't totally the employees fault but they do need to either find or figure out where their products are.

The shipper (Patches and Scraps) is responsible for claims and communication and I had to step in 99.9% of the time, calling UPS for status, and they said they would contact the shipper. I have multiple recordings where UPS said they spoke to P&S and P&S claims they did not. Spoke to them several weeks ago about a refund, and they claimed they would have to charge a 20% restocking fee, though it was all their responsibility. P&S failed to insure the package so beware of if your package is damaged, you will be liable. Now pushing 6 weeks since the original delivery, I contacted April with P&S, and she said UPS told her to hold the package. So, I contacted UPS and 3-way called P&S and told them that and April, the manager was with a customer, and they said she would not be able to take the call even if we waited (dodging the call). They were informed the claim was denied. I feel they are hiding the machine or have resold it, as they will not send the equipment back for me to have repaired and refused a refund. The next actions will be filing a small claim against the company for a full refund and any expenses accrued as I have phone recordings with both UPS and P&S of their statuses.
