When I asked if it would be wrapped, she gave me a judgmental look and said "that's not going to work" which made it a very unpleasant experience overall

The team is awesome, really great vibes and overall prices are competitive and fair against online prices. They also run promos all the time if you sign up for email etc. so you can't go wrong. Love that they have a fantastic selection available for professional artists but also everything across the spectrum for beginners and intermediate exploration as well. We had an instructor demonstrate how to throw a bowl, cup, and vase while giving up insightful tips and crucial steps to remember. Once we were seated at a wheel, we all felt very comfortable getting started. And the instructors were always around to help if you needed an extra hand. Something to note: You don't leave with your piece. It takes about 2 weeks for them to fire and finish each one. They said we would be contacted once our pieces were ready to be picked up. Can't wait to see how hideous mine looks after it's all said and done. (Haha)
