It took a few schedule misses before a team could come out to try again. The team that came out today was exceptional. Paul P was the crew leader with Steven M, Robert S, and Laywandre J. Paul agreed to try and lift the chimney this time to correct the problem. He was able to lift the chimney by three inches. I think that this team did a much better job than the one from a year ago. They also cleaned up the yard where they dug so you can't even tell they were here. Great job this time!

The roofing crewdid a great job considering delays of snow and extreme cold and didn't leave trash all over the place, they cleaned up every day they were there.  The window crew was next and boy what a difference:  new windows!  No nasty old moldy sills and caulking.  We figure we saved a bunch of money having Techniques replace the windows. Then the biggest deal of all:  new siding.  We can't say enough about the job done by Rick, Jeff and Scott.  The attention to detail and correct measurements made a spectacular difference  to the house.  The colors are perfect and even better than we expected; it's gorgeous and exactly as we envisioned.  The neighbors are impressed! We had some concerns about cracks in the basement walls and called on OSW for a warranty…read moreinspection. Ron was great and flagged 5 specific areas his team would come out to repair. Service was scheduled a few months later and they came out on Oct. 21st to do the work. I was surprised there wasn't an excavator, but the four man crew dug out the ground with hand shovels. Didn't matter much, they installed their barriers, topped with their tar compound and filled the holes back up. They showed me what was going on and explained the what/why as they went and left me very pleased. It's been less than a month, but haven't had an issue yet. So far, happy to report I don't expect that to change much either. We would absolutely recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family.
