I am changing my overall rating to 4/5 due to the hassle and frustration I originally had to deal with. That said, management and ownership did the right thing. Bad experiences (or just bad fits) can happen, but the difference between a good business and a bad one is what management and ownership do to address those issues. 5 stars to management and ownership, 5 stars to Trang, and 4 stars overall given my specific experience. I can comfortably recommend this location, as long as you are willing to speak up if you don't get what you deserve. After my first experience, I would not have considered this location in the future. The interaction became confrontational and unprofessional. Eye-rolling, dismissive tone, and refusal to simply pause and look further created an unnecessarily hostile situation. Instead of leaving relaxed after a 90-minute massage, I left feeling pressured and upset. I ultimately paid again just to get out of the building. What makes this worse is that the moment I got to my car, my daughter immediately located the purchase confirmation under the exact email I had provided -- meaning the credit did exist exactly as I said.
