They're professional, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. Just today, they fit me in for a last-minute fix for something I managed to mess up in my sleep (oops!) -- and as always, they handled it quickly and with a smile. I always leave the office in high spirits and with my teeth feeling sparkly clean. There's truly no one like Dr. Sroor. I don't know what I'll do when he retires -- he's simply the best!

She and her newborn baby should've never had to wait over an hour and a half to even seen, and when asking about the status should not have been treated with such rudeness. Apparently you have to be the elite of prairie village since I saw about 20 families go in and out while she was waiting with a newborn. Inexcusable scheduling and then they have these large signs about a late policy and how you will get penalized. That's ridiculous. Given an hour and a half to just be seen and be treated so poorly. I don't care how good the providers are there are other places people could pick unless you're just retired and have a half a day to hang out in their lobby!! they have never historically with her other older child been on time. People that came in 30 minutes after she did have left the lobby and many others have as well some practices just take advantage of people that don't complain. Do not use this practice. There's no excuse.

My Baby has her flu shot last April 8, 2018 and her doctor advised us to have her follow up flu shot after a month and was also advice that no need to set an appointment coz it can be done even when you walk-in. My husband's lunch is only 30minutes so he needs to ask his Boss and tell him that he will be late to come back. We planned to bring our almost 9months old Baby today at 1pmish since it is my dayoff and since I do not drive yet my husband picks us up. But prior to go there my husband told me to still make an appointment but the person i talked with on the phone again told me no need for an appointment. Unfortunately, when we arrive in their office and check-in with the oldest(I think) staff there today and told me that they do not have stocks for the said dosage. oh really???? Then I ask her again how come you do not have stock knowing you have in your records that my daughter has a follow up flu shot one month after April 8, 2019 and the office should spare one for her then she said in a very snotty way when we are out of stock we are out of stocks" and our next stocks will be in Septemeber 2019 on which too way far for my daughter to have her follow up flu shot. And she is not even helpful when i ask her if we can do it in other clinic. Second, when I called their office about setting an appointment to make sure that we can be accommodated even walk in and told me no need which she said no need to set then I gave her my daughter's date of birth. By then after the staff pull out my daughter' file she can see actually if they still have a stocks and should advise me so no need to jeopardize my husbands lunch. But no, she didn't advice me. So our plan now is to request for all my daughters record coz we will be moving to other pediatric office. Can't take their customer service staff anymore the fact that its a pediatric clinic they(front desk) should be as friendly as they should. What a terrible experience.

The issue is the contacting them, because there simply is no contacting them. They've implemented a new AI, it does not work and in the past 2 hours I've gotten nowhere and wasn't able to speak to anyone, and now I am not sure if I will be able to get my necessary meds. The front desk staff was extremely disorganized and neglected their duties, severely impacting my health (again issues with getting meds and reffreals out to me/my pharmacy/other Doctor's offices), but this is far worse. I have choosen to take my care elsewhere, I feel very failed. They can not even put a real person on the phone. If you can get in the care is good, but it's impossible to access.
