I've been coming to this business on and off for many years. They used to be a huge dealer for jet…read moreski's, snowmobiles, ATV's and other big boy toy types of fun outdoors items. But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

Everything could improve. Lack of knowledge, terrible customer service, completely clueless…read morebusiness manager. I could go on for pages. Stay away from this dealer! I bought an Indian motorcycle and was relying on the dealership to help me. Massive mistake. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to another dealer, which I regret very much not doing even though I could tell from my first visit they were bad. I have purchased dozens of cars, RV's, boats and motorcycles. I should know better. Kick myself everyday for trusting this dealer. I do not like the bike, they put through hell on my trade, etc etc etc. Lafayette, Louisville, Cincy. The drive would have been worth it.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. And you are only as good as the leader, that…read moreperson is Curt Schannen. He makes the decisions and everything flows from him. I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.

I dropped my bike off for a simple tire repair on Sunday August 11th, just picked it up today…read moreSaturday August 31st. Shorty kept zero communication during the process, we dealt with a random woman instead (who I will give the credit of being very friendly). He ghosted for some time, my boyfriend and I had to show up to the address he works at to check in on my bike at least four times. To the point I no longer needed GPS to get there. He had multiple excuses as to why is was taking longer than the original five day quote time. First his grandma died, he lost his phone, Amazon shipped the wrong tire twice, and then was in a car accident and bit half his tongue off, and lost his phone again. When I finally picked the bike up, it was still on the jack and he wasn't there and my boyfriend had to physically work to get the bike off the stand. The invoice price owed didn't add up, the original price quoted was $325 I had already paid $140, and owed $160 without him charging $80 for the tire inner tube? The math didn't math there? When dropped off the bike ran perfectly. On the 30 minute ride home my boyfriend had to shut it off at every single red light due to high idle, only to immediately be able to fix it when we got home, Shorty was "inspecting" it as well. So I'm assuming he was going to say something was wrong as there was smoke coming from the exhaust from something being sprayed on it as well. All in all, don't waste your time and save your money.
