I immediately took it back to them and all they did was clear the codes and send the bike back to me. The bike was still idling like shit and eventually died on me at a light. I took it back to them the next day and they had it for over a week. All codes I pulled from it were related to throttle positioning sensor, intake leak, etc. so instead of doing basic diagnostics, they immediately contacted Harley tech services, reflashed my ECM to factory settings (wiping my tune), and then retuned the bike on the Dyno. I then got the bike back and it seemed to ride fine for a couple weeks, but I noticed the idle was sticking at 2k(ish) when coming to a stop and it would just cruise without cruise control on and no hand on the throttle. This was causing my engine to get extremely hot and eventually caused my bike to die again at a light. I refused to take my bike back to southside, so me and a buddy found that my intake manifold was leaking BAD by just spraying some brake cleaner around the seals and it was fluctuating RPM bad and died. I sent the bike to Northside and they found the leak immediately and fixed it same day and tuned it. The fact that Southside had my bike 3 times and couldn't fix a simple leak issue, shows their level of knowledge. Very disappointing. I can say without a doubt, I'll be giving my business to Northside over southside and I recommend you do too.

The awesome part is the owner Mike and his son (I think) Charles, who are incredibly knowledgeable in these bikes and in bikes in general. We went in to look around, ended up chatting for two hours. The experience alone has skyrocketed my opinion in Royal Enfield bikes, just because the owner is so passionate about them.
