While one employee went above and beyond to help me, the other three employees I encountered did not provide the same level of service. I would suggest that the company invest in training its staff on how to provide better customer service. In addition to the service issues, I was also disappointed to learn that there was no customer restroom available in the store. When I asked about a restroom, I was told to go to the bus station or McDonald's. This was not only inconvenient, but the bus station restroom I used was in poor condition and not suitable for use. If the store does have a restroom, I suggest allowing customers to use it. Despite these issues, I did appreciate the quick check-out process and the store's consistent attention to organization and cleanliness. I also appreciated the opportunity to take advantage of discounts and promotions, as well as the presence of a petite section. However, I did notice that the store had a higher price point for items that seemed similar to those offered at Express, and the store did not have a collection of soft men's jeans for women. There is no street parking but you can take Jitney or get dropped off. The boardwalk is an close walk to the outlet. Overall, I will be filling out the company survey on my receipt and hope that my feedback can help improve the customer experience at Banana Republic.

The cushions were cheap and sunk in i had them recoushioned at $800 which you could have bought a better one elsewhere. The card is a Mastercard rip off at 39.99percent. They charge you for interest on your card I had to pay a fee to payoff a balance that was already paid off a month before the statement was sent. What a ripoff . Stay clear from Mastercard and TJ Maxx , they are even filing for bankruptcy they own home goods and Marshall's as well. ..a lesson for anyone don't take 10 percent off and get this card it's a headache down the road with a super high interest rate that keeps on taken. They also had some active tanks on sale for $8. Yet to my surprise when checking out I was informed that my coupon couldn't be applied to clearance and that the tanks weren't $8 but rather $11.89. ::SIGH:: I luckily had a hunch this would happen and took pics of the signage that was on ALL of the tanks and then the cashier believed me.....a total waste of my time even venturing in yet it re-solidified why I am not an Old Navy shopper.
