Bought $$$ worth of items and one shirt still had a security tag on. Upon returning to the store with the receipt. Kathy took the shirt and accused my kid of not having the right clearance price on item and charging us the full price. Staff made a mistake of putting the wrong clearance price and again made a mistake not taking the security tag off - but yet Kathy gave such a horrible attitude and took the shirt back giving my daughter a credit instead - what's worse is she was making it look like it was stolen while she was rudely laughing the whole time. The other ladies were good people - KATHY -Horrible customer service being mean was her highlight of the day. read more

This Marshall's has a pretty great shoe department for women with a wide variety of dress, casual and workout footwear. It also has an exciting clearance shoe section as well where I can generally score unique one of a kind finds for crazy low prices. read more

I don't understand why they have the store open. School, restaurant and casino are closed except Marshall. They have lot of old people working in this place. I called the manager few times but he didn't seem care about coronavirus situation. The whole city is under self quarantine, but Marshall wants their employees to go to work. If they don't they threaten them with not having a job. A lot of people have no option but to go to work. We should stand together and let the employees stay home. read more

One of my all-time favorite stores. Marshall's is seriously a one-stop-shop destination. If you need ANYTHING, it can most likely be found in Marshall's. Well, you can't buy food there but, they have designer handbags and that normally comes next on my list of priorities (just kidding). On that note, their handbag, shoes, clothing and home sections are amazing and constantly updated. And, they also have items for your puppy/cat. This is also a great place to pick up a nice gift for a loved one without breaking your bank. read more

I love this Marshall's! I come here so often I wouldn't be surprised if the employees recognized me. Unlike a lot of other Marshall's in other towns, the cleanliness and selection at this location is much better. I'm usually a picky shopper so I'm glad that this store is really good about adding new stock to their store giving customers a large selection to shop from. I love the location of this store as well because it's close to a popular shopping plaza so I'm always in the area! Overall I don't have any complaints and this store is a great location to shop at! read more

I was always asked to apply for credit at the register. I always had enough credit and didn't want anymore. This time I was sold when the casher informed me that all of my purchases including any other store (shop-rite Costco) any online purchases will be included in the $10 reward for spending $200. I was so happy to apply and told her what a great sales person she was. Well either she lied to me or was under the assumption. After putting over $1000 on the card I went on the website and was saw it was only Marshals, tjmax and Home Goods. I haven't earned $10 yet. They have different option on clothes, shoes and home department as well. I love their prices to. At the end of the season it is worthy to go there and do shopping. The line looks long, but it moves really fast. read more

Buyer beware! After many years of loyal patronage and thousands of dollars spent, I will no longer shop at this store. Marshalls claims to have a policy of issuing store credit after 30 days if you lost your receipt but merchandise was unworn with tags attached. In fact, this policy is published on their receipts. However, I found out today that they no longer honor their word. The manager refused to issue me credit for a beach coverup I bought at the end of last season that still had the tag attached and was never worn. If you plan to shop there, be sure to return anything unwanted before 30 days are up or you might be out of luck. read more

drove to Marshall's only to expect a worker with oily green and black hair speaking and looking at me in a very rude tone!

Always find Great stuff to buy here. Good variety. But customer service is lacking, even some of the cashiers wear sunglasses.
