So, I contacted them via DM and ordered myself an entire Crepe Cake for my Birthday! My dear Husband paid for it! Thank you!! I ordered a Chocolate Crepe Cake with Strawberry sauce. It was amazing! In the words of my neighbor and friend, "It's the best cake I have ever had! It's not too sweet, it's......sophisticated!" I couldn't have said it better myself! It's a complicated thing to describe, but I think she nailed it! Basically it's layers of chocolate crepes with cream in between them with cocoa powder, blueberries, strawberries, and cream on top. The strawberry sauce was the kicker! Beechwold Baked Goods has more than just Crepe Cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes! Be sure to check them out! Bring your sweet tooth! They also delivered my cake to Grove City!! Support small, local businesses!

As cheesecake fans, we immediately had to check out the pictures of the various options. We ended up with a slice of the brownie cheesecake. The cheesecake layer was rich and creamy, and the bottom brownie section was nice chocolatey. it was very rich so the one slice was plenty to split for us. I'm also quite curious to check out a crepe cake slice in the future!

After breaking a wrist, I found it difficult to make food for myself. The helper I had doesn't cook…read moreand after a few weeks I was sick of fast food all of the time. There's always discount codes for Factor Meals but I was hoping to find something local. Luxe & Lemons fit the bill. It was easy to place my first order for a subscription. They offer several subscription plans which is 5 meals for under $70. They offer delivery on Sundays for parts of Columbus for $9.99. Otherwise, you schedule a window of time for Sundays or Mondays to pickup the meals on Mondays. I wasn't able to drive and the boxes are too heavy for me to lift still so I get delivery. New menus release in Friday mornings so you can see what's available ala cart and in your subscription. The pumpkin spice muffins were wonderful. Moist and paired with maple butter. The sausage patties are made from scratch and have a little zing from the spices (not overpowering at all). The cosmic brownies were a little dry while the salted caramel brownies were great. Pancakes are huge portions for a person but very good. This is the first time I've had riced cauliflower and I have to admit I like it. The Mexican dishes (tamales, taquitos, burritos) are executed well. The guacamole has extra lemon juice which may not be to everyone's liking. The dairy free mashed potatoes are interesting. They taste like potatoes. They don't have the creaminess of regular mashed potatoes and sometimes they stay in their mounded shape no matter how much you try to mash it with a fork. I easily fell into placing a subscription order the first week, then placing an order for a second subscription and ala cart items the second week. It took me a few weeks to realize an email is sent on Friday mornings where a person can pause or skip the next delivery. In one of my weekly surveys I mentioned the invoices aren't itemized so I paid delivery charge twice (one for subscription and one for ala cart items) and a few weeks later I was reimbursed for a delivery fee. I think in my first order I received an extra item (chicken ceasar salad which was fantastic) and once every few weeks there may be a missing sauce but overall, 99% of the time the orders are correct. I get a text message and email letting me know my order will be arriving that day. They include a tracking link. It's pretty spot on. The meals are intended to be eaten within 5 days or frozen. The food tastes good. Orders are accurately filled. Deliveries are on time. I'm eating more vegetables and seafood. I have one less meal decision a day to make. It's a local company making more jobs locally. It's all a win in my book.

But the real star of the show was the mac and cheese... sooo good and super flavorful. I also got a side of wings with their house sauce, and those were a hit too--crispy and well-seasoned. My friend ordered the turkey leg, which was a little on the salty side, but still good overall. Another friend got the "Marry Me" pasta with lamb chops and OMG--the lamb chops were absolutely delicious. Definitely a standout. As far as the vibe, it was just okay. Everyone was really nice and helpful, but this particular day didn't feel like a sit-down-and-relax kind of spot. I'd probably recommend doing takeout and calling ahead next time. Overall though, the food alone makes it worth it!

I ordered on a Tuesday thinking it might be less busy. I ordered the wings, mac and cheese, yams and collard greens. When the food arrived it wasn't hot...no big deal, a microwave fixes that issue. But unfortunately that wasn't the worst of the issues. The Mac and cheese, which i was most looking forward to, looked like it had been scraped from the bottom of the pan. It had a large area of burnt crust that wasn't just toasty cheese...it was hard and not edible (in my opinion). The collard greens were almost too salty to eat and the yams were mostly a think syrup with just bits of yam in it. To say i am disappointed is a bit of an understatement. Maybe it was a bad day. Maybe they were super busy. Either way, my meal was expensive and not really worth the money. I hate to leave a bad review, I really never leave review at all so it must have been a bad experience for me to go to the trouble. Not going to tell you to skip trying them, just letting you know my experience.

The bins range from small to large and can be filled with fruits, vegetables, and grocery items. I opted for the small fruit and vegetable bin. For $35 I get to pick what produce goes into the bin plus add additional grocery items like eggs, milk, grains, cheese, beverages, etc. I chose to have my bins delivered every other week since it can get pricey and I alone can't finish off an entire bin in a week's time. The goods come delivered in a sturdy plastic bin with a cooling block to keep your produce cold. The produce always looks super fresh and delicious. I've never received a bruised looking item. Getting produce from Green Bean Delivery has single handedly caused me to eat healthier and cook more. It has encouraged me to be more creative and cook vegetables I have never tried before. Supporting local farmers is also a plus. Their customer service is also pretty excellent. I ordered some Snowville Milk once and found the milk carton to be leaking. I notified them via email and they immediately responded and gave me the option of including a free milk for the next bin, or a credit. I love love Green Bean Delivery and look forward to my bins!

He insisted that we should wait in the car and he brought out the food when it was ready. The falafel side we ordered was very good. I couldn't tell if they made them fresh there or they were store bought. The gyro was a disappointment as the meat lacked the typical authentic flavor. The sauce was way too thick. They excel in the chicken wings. I highly recommend getting the chicken wings which were seasoned with very good spice. I didn't even know that fried chicken wings are part of their cuisine. The baklava was okay. I actually find it not sweet enough. I can't believe I said that because most time this dessert is too sweet. The portion size is very good for $3. Yes, they raised the price on their menu items too but the menu on the truck doesn't reflect the new pricing. This seems to be a thing here in Columbus.

Had to try out the top-rated middle-eastern food truck in Columbus. We ordered several gyros sandwiches (a deal at $6/each), wing meal combo, and a side of falafels. Surprisingly, the poorest part of the order were the gyro sandwiches. Size was good but the gyro meat could have used more searing, plus the yogurt sauce was actually too thick and copious. The wings and falafels were the stars, both appropriately moist and crispy. Sauces for both were tasty too. 4 folks could eat well for under $40. And the guy manning the truck and cooking was very nice. This place is definitely worth the trip and $$s.
