The food here is generally good. The issue is with ordering online. The past several attempts there has always been an issue. An item that the kitchen is out of, asking if I want to wait for a replacement to be made at the time of pickup. Or the order never printing and now having to wait even longer for the food to be rushed out resulting in no time to eat the food on my lunch break. I wish the service was better. I checked YOUR website. It does not have a link to your Facebook page, for current dining room hours. It isn't MY JOB to do research on YOUR dining room hours. If YOU don't keep YOUR website up to date, don't make excuses. As a grownup, you should understand that. Unless there is a REALLY GOOD REASON (which there wasn't) come out from behind your counter and become a server for 30 minutes. It will occupy 5-10 minutes of your time, and you may even receive a tip. The food: Chicken Parm had no cheese on it at all. Just a breaded chicken patty on spaghetti, with sauce. Not even a breadstick. The burger: whatever the precooked weight was, you must be using cheap ground beef and overcooking it, because it was a dried out briquette, smothered in condiments. Their Super Sub is all they have left and possibly their Taco Pizza if catch the right person making it, but their crust has went so far downhill their pizzas are not worth a nickel. The sauce isn't what it used to be either, so you're better off going to another pizza place or Subway out at lake Choctaw if you're just wanting subs. He had seen my review from last week and so he reached out to me asking for a few minutes of my time to discuss my experience with his business. I'll make it short and sweet here. He had already done his research in trying to determine what happened with the incorrect take away order I had received last week. Basically someone in the kitchen really f'd up, plain and simple. So I was talking to my friend Sharon, and discussing my never-ending search for a good sandwich shop - and I hear about this place. It's not really a sandwich shop, but rather a pizza joint that happens to serve sandwiches. Really good sandwiches I was told. How good? So good that I, Sharon, and her husband got into our cars and drove there. From the far side of Grove City. It was her husband's idea. Got there... nice place, great staff. The girl that served us was quick to chat us up, and talk about the history of the place... the experience was just great. I'm not a particular fan of ambiance. I'm not that sophisticated, I guess, but I'd rather enjoy some great food in a nice friendly atmosphere, ya know? But that's just me. Needless to say - Ronetti's did not disappoint on those criteria. The verdict? We all ordered the BLT. Will we be back? Oh yes. But next time we'll bring some sandwiches home. It's just too much drive for one meal. But one meal and lunch the next day? Honestly, they are so inconsistent its insane. One time you get a great pizza the next, your pizza is burnt to a crisp, no sauce on it with your toppings withering away. Almost like eating dry wall. Really hope they can learn to not hang up on customers who want to call and let them know how their pizza is. They need to learn respect and discipline even if you are busy there is no need to treat a customer that way. Spending 40 dollars on pizza and getting subpar pizza is insane. Holy crap wing man. I came in for a pizza and salad ended up ordering some bone in wings. These wings are amazing. There are breaded, if you like that, you'll love these. They are so crispy and crunchy, not to mention meaty as all heck. Wow, I will definitely be back for the wings, tonight's pizza which I could not finish, was supperbly cooked and tasty as well But, if you are in the mood for wings and like with breading, go there now and get some, you won't be sorry. Went here for a group shindig. The manager was very flexible and cooperative with the large group of us. We had our party up on the second floor ("second floor?" you say. Why yes! Traveling through from a lacrosse game I reffed, I was starving and wanted some local eats. Get on the handy dandy Yelp app and bam found this wonderful hole in the wall local pizza joint! Wide open seating, from booths to tables. Only one waitress was working but thats understandable with the few folks that were in there. Loved this rustic place located on Main Street in downtown London. The service was spot on even with multiple patrons dining inside and a steady flow of carry out orders. The food was fabulous! We ordered two pizzas, salads and garlic bread with marinara sauce. Everything was spot on delicious and quick. Pizza was cooked perfect. Crust was thin and crispy not the least bit soft or soggy. Salads fresh, cold and loaded with veggies. Garlic bread was perfectly toasted with hot marinara sauce on the side. Beverages were refilled with perfect timing. The waitress was very friendly, courteous and pleasant. We highly recommend this little pizza place for atmosphere and great pizza. On a side note the menu has a nice list of sandwiches offered. We did not order any but they looked amazing coming out of the kitchen to other patrons. I did however notice everyone finished their sandwiches completely before leaving. WOW! I'm staying with my grandpa at his hone near this location during the coronavirus pandemic. It's my birthday and we had originally made plans to have Ann and Tony's. They were too busy and I didn't want to be a bother, so we took a shot with this local pizza joint. They have delivery and a HUGE menu to choose from. We ordered a king size pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a full size BLT sub for only $35!!!!!! (not including the tip). I have eaten here four different times. The food is always good. The order has always been accurate. Seating is spread out and is always clean. I have always found the staff to be courteous and friendly. A big thing for me is making sure my drink is refilled. I have been known to leave a larger tip than the cost of my meal at times if the service is good and my drink is kept topped off. Every time I have eaten there, the waitress we had was on point. I rarely have expendable income to go out and eat, but when I do...this place is in my top five favorite places to go. read more

And I'm happy to say that our second visit was much better than the first. Our pizza was great. Everything about it was hot & fresh and the crust was done perfectly. Although the pizza was spot on, I can't help but say the sides and subs are the true stars of the Ronetti's menu. We had the super sub and it was fantastic. It's also a great sandwich for the price. And ofcourse, the wings were amazing as seems to be the usual. I look forward to trying the other subs and sides when we go back. I'm not going to try and guess what's going on with the place! If it's staff issues, or if the owner or manager hasn't had good pizza in so long they've forgotten what it should be like...who knows? who cares? I'll just give the facts: Everybody I dealt with has been really nice, genuinely. The phone calls when we tried to order were like this: Call 1: busy Call 2: put on hold then disconnected, Call 3: busy Call 4: rang and rang Call 5: rang and rang My wife called a little bit later and we got through and ordered specialty pizza and an italian sub. I'm not sure I can say there was no cheese, because I found traces of what might have been cheese. Look at the pictures and see how you do. I'm hesitant to use sarcasm because everybody is so nice there and I want so desperately to love our local businesses, but maybe the proper name for this specialty pizza should be "The Lactose Intolerant", or "The Mediocrity. The dough was undercooked and wet on the bottom, the meat on the sub was almost non-existent..mostly bread, but tasted ok once you accept it. We will not be going back and I do not wish any attempted remedy from the owner. If the previous reviewers didn't up their stars because of persuasion, then the ratings would be a true representation of the food and I may not have wasted $27 on a horrible meal. read more

In a town covered in pizza; in my opinion Ronetti's is real Italian. They been here since I can't remember when. I know I was young then (lol). The food is great, Lot's of variety, and the folks are just wonderful. And convenient. Don't have to fight London traffic in the mini malls for generic pizza. We had an eclectic assortment of dishes and all were superb. Subs, chili, potato soup, pork tenderloin sandwich, pizza, fries, potato skins... All were outstanding and we are not easy to please. This is the third time that we have either eaten or had takeout. I waited until we've been there a couple times to see if it was a fluke but apparently this is a consistently superior, casual, delicious eatery. This time we dined in with three adults, two teens, and a child each with their individual quirks, wants, needs, including a severe dairy allergy. Our waitress was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and saw to our every need. Dear, Ownership and/or Management of Ronetti's On Saturday the 9th of September I arrived at your dining establishment at 7:45 pm. I was in a party of two for a dine in experience for a date night with the lady. It didn't take long from sitting down for your server wearing an orange shirt (sorry she didn't give me her name) to take our drink and appetizer order, it was the appetizer sampler, an iced tea, and a soft drink. The soft drinks were placed on the table within a few minutes of the order, and the server took our order of a large pizza with half pepperoni and half Hawaiian style. Me and my date waited patiently as I interacted with my party in a normal dinning manner. At about 8:15 pm my date and I had empty beverages for some time, and we still didn't have our appetizers. I noticed that the customers diagonal to us, who had sandwich orders in before we arrived, didn't have any food, and had empty beers for quite some time. At 8:20 pm I was becoming agitated by the lack of service, and the server returned with my iced tea without any ice in it. I asked her politely to get me some ice because my beverage wasn't cold at all. She returned after five minutes at about 8:26 pm with the beverage. I checked the time again at 8:34 pm as the server finally came out with our pizza, before the party diagonal of us received their orders. I asked the server if she had our appetizer order in, and she responded by telling me "yeah, I'll check on it." I told her we didn't want it anymore because our entree was already on the table. She promptly returned, and slammed the appetizer on the the table in a passive aggressive manner. My date was alarmed by this action by your server, and informed me by how displeased she was by this insensitive action. The pizza crust was under cooked, and the appetizer was barely warm. To better describe the pizza, the crust was had the texture that resembled old moist saltine crackers, and the toppings were hardly cooked. The platter included four decent mozzarella sticks, a pile of onion rings that were in a solid cold clump, and the hot wings had a bubbly substance under them that resembled saliva. I don't know of anyone spit on the wings, but it looked like it. After about five minutes of trying to eat this meal I gave up, and walked to the counter to pay for the meal. At this point I was infuriated, and told the server "I want to pay now." I was prepared to walk out at 8:30 pm, but I decided to wait 5 more minutes. I may come off a bit agitated when I have been agitated, but I am a reasonable man when communicating with service. I come from a family of people in the hospitality industry and small business ownership, and what I experienced last night was an absolute shame. I payed $28.31 for the worst meal I have experienced at a small business, and still left her $1.69 as a tip for respect of the service industry. I do not want my meal paid for, someone to be fired, a free meal, or any other form of reimbursement for my meal and experience. All I really want is an apology, and the problems to be fixed. As of right now I haven't given any negative reviews of your establishment to friends, food spotter blogs, newspaper ads, or google, but I am willing to post this e-mail to any outlet I can as of right now.
