Had 2 projects completed by Chase and his team. Profisional and high quality work. I will call them for my next project.

He came right out and from the minute he stepped out of his truck I felt he was someone I could not only work with but trust and he didn't disappoint. It helped us navigate the insurance company, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated with commutations, which was very important to use. We started this project due to a leak in my living in the first part of November 2024 the weeks that followed we had nothing but rain, but Richard kept a close eye on the weather, and on the first 3-day opening he was ready to get the job done. That just happened to be Thanksgiving Day. His crew showed up with smiles on their face and worked hard the whole day with no complaints. You won't be disappointed if you hire Richard from Yeager Construction.

We are not only impressed but are grateful to Yeager Construction for the beautiful, high-quality job they did replacing the roof on my 86-year-old Dad's house. The entire crew was respectful, professional, and the workmanship was remarkable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

****I want to add more to this review. Since the issues stated below came to light, Alex and his…read moreteam have worked with us to remedy this situation. It is my understanding that the awful behaviors was done not by DaBella but rather the contractors they hired to do the installation. They have since parted ways with that installer as their behavior does not reflect their business practices. They have also been more than fair in negotiating our contract for services provided. While this was a major oversight in the people they work with, I have no doubt this won't happen again and am appreciative of their willingness to listen to my concerns and correct their mistakes. **** I give zero stars? I can't even describe my dissatisfaction with this company. it was an actual nightmare. Read below for the saga of bad things that happened during our time working with DaBella. I had high standards for professionalism because my salesperson, Alex, was SO great! an has been a great listening ear throughout this ordeal and I am sure gone above and beyond his job--put him in charge! The team that came to my house on 1/11/21 did not let us know they were on their way and arrived at our house shortly before 9am. When my husband opened the door, the response was simply "Windows. I need Space". We could tell that english was most likely not their first language, but that is not what made us feel as though they were rude. They never even said hello or gave us their names. They seemed as though it was a great inconvenience to be there and were not friendly in any way. Throughout the day I tried to get updates from them on how long it would take or how things were going and was met with short grunts and few words. They were so drastically different from the experience I had with the sales team. They barely spoke to us at all; not even pleasantries. They took all day to complete our windows and were here from 9am to 5pm despite only having the 6 windows to do. While they were here they were on the roof and used multiple outlets within our house. At some point, they must have tripped a breaker because our garage stopped working. Had they let us know that this happened, I would not have been upset in the slightest, but they did not and so we had to bring out someone to fix it, costing us $65. They also had to go into our backyard to use a ladder to get on the roof. When they left, they did not close this gate. It was shoved into the grass and wedged open. Our gate is hard to open and must be pushed quite hard to keep open so we know that it had been done by a person, and not the elements. This led to our 9 month old puppy getting out of our yard. She recently had surgery on her broken leg and we need to keep her calm and safe. So not only did we have to run around our neighborhood to try to find our puppy, but we had the extra concern that she was not supposed to be out running and that her recent surgery could have been compromised. The rudeness, lack of communication, and lack of attention to details has been very upsetting for us. We are at the point of upset that if we could return the services, we would. I am so angry that these men came into my house and were rude to me and my husband and then caused us further inconvenience and stress after they left. But I am at loss for words at how upset and disappointed I am in the installation team. If that wasn't enough, it took weeks for the company to figure out that our gutters had not even been installed. The right hand was clearly not talking to the left. Once they finally figured out that our gutters were not installed, we got scheduled for the install and were rescheduled again. They were finally here on Monday 2/15/21 the installers had no idea where our gutters were supposed to go. We were only replacing some of them, and they had the amount of gutters they needed, but did not have a map of where to put them. So my husband had to go outside in the freezing weather and snow and walk around our house to show them where to put things. The instal team was really nice, but they took much longer than necessary because they were not provided information on where the gutters would go. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had good hopes because Alex was so kind, but everything other than Alex was awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They only care about their bottom line, not the customer experience.

My experience with DaBella is a warning to get absolutely every sales promise in writing before…read moresigning. Before purchasing a combined roof and gutter project, I specifically raised concerns about drainage and asked what would happen if trenching or French drains were needed to carry runoff away from my foundation. I was told that if the installer determined this work was necessary, it would be included, and that it did not need to be added to the contract because the installer would make that determination. That assurance significantly influenced my decision to buy the roof and gutters from DaBella. After installation, the installer told me additional drainage work was necessary--but that he was not equipped to do it. DaBella then told me it does not do French drains and the work wasn't in my written contract. That sequence is what I find unacceptable. I raised the issue before buying, received a specific assurance addressing it, was told why it didn't need to be written into the contract, relied on that assurance, and then after the sale was told DaBella doesn't perform the work. A professional contractor estimated the corrective drainage project at $6,924.23. I tried hard to compromise. I initially asked DaBella for $3,500, accepting substantial responsibility myself because I hadn't insisted on getting the salesman's representation in writing. DaBella offered $500. I compromised again, reducing my request to $2,579.75, essentially leaving myself responsible for most of the corrective project. After months of trying to resolve this, I sent DaBella a final written request. They did not respond. I paid DaBella in full. I repeatedly compromised. I gave them every reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem. My advice to prospective customers is simple: do not rely on anything a DaBella salesperson tells you unless the exact commitment appears in the contract you sign. If you're told something will be handled later, determined by the installer, or doesn't need to be written down, insist that it be added anyway. I wish I had.
