In May 2024, I paid an additional $500 to have two new springs and bearings installed. As of October 2025, the sensors have failed and are no longer under warranty. I was charged $418 to replace them, despite the fact that similar sensors are available for around $50 at Home Depot. With a standard service fee of $40 and labor at $75 per hour, that means I was charged roughly $300 just for the sensors themselves -- a significant markup. Additionally, I was told that my springs and bearings need to be replaced again, at a cost of $705 -- even though they were newly installed just 17 months ago. These parts are also now out of warranty, and I did not purchase the company's expensive extended warranty. In my opinion, this company has significantly overcharged me, inflated the cost of parts, and delivered poor-quality workmanship.

Dustin came out and went over the entire unit and the wiring that had been installed and said he could correct the many mistakes that had been made by the original installer.
