Diagnosis was a possible bad circuit board and recommended that since the garage opener was 20 years old, it was best to replace it. I was anxious to get the door fixed, agreed, and he informed me that they do not carry the size motor for a single door. He suggested to me to go to Home Depot!!!! He was aware beforehand that he was called to repair a single garage door and could have mentioned that on the phone. I was speechless. I am still upset that I called this company and did not wait until Monday to call the best garage door repair company in Indian River County. On Monday morning, my door was fixed within an hour. I am out $289.00 I was quoted this amout prior to him coming, I was not made aware that they don't carry garage door motors for single garages and that they would not be able to repair replace my motor, if that were the problem. I am a senior on a fixed income and I feel that I was deceived. If you think you may not be able to fix the problem, don't make the service call. The possibility that the motor or circuit board was shot should have come to your mind when I described the issue with the remotes. I am still fuming. Very expensive lesson learned.

In May 2024, I paid an additional $500 to have two new springs and bearings installed. As of October 2025, the sensors have failed and are no longer under warranty. I was charged $418 to replace them, despite the fact that similar sensors are available for around $50 at Home Depot. With a standard service fee of $40 and labor at $75 per hour, that means I was charged roughly $300 just for the sensors themselves -- a significant markup. Additionally, I was told that my springs and bearings need to be replaced again, at a cost of $705 -- even though they were newly installed just 17 months ago. These parts are also now out of warranty, and I did not purchase the company's expensive extended warranty. In my opinion, this company has significantly overcharged me, inflated the cost of parts, and delivered poor-quality workmanship.

I was able to remove a section of this myself (without any damage, mind you) but it was just taking too long so I decided to take it to a shop. I was told when I got the estimate that they could damage the paint in the process, which may lead to a need for repainting. We said we'd cross that bridge when we got to it. Timeline: Dropped the car off May 14th, was promised back May 16th, or May 19th at the latest. 3-5 days. Late completion: They had the car for a week and never called to say it was running late. I finally dropped by to check on it, discussed the little bit of progress they'd made. I said I was patient and just wanted it done right and to avoid painting it. I didn't get the car back until the 2nd week of June, nearly a month after dropping it off. Outcome: When I went to pick it up they told me they'd painted it. I never OK'd this, but they did it for free so I guess that's ok? The paint job looks pretty bad. It's not blended in, there's a huge streak across the hood. You can see the line from the film they were supposed to remove, painted over. So they never really finished the job I paid them for, but they did paint over it all at no charge to me. My objections to the condition the car was returned in have been met by the refutation that it looks much better (they also detailed the car, which I appreciate). Which, yeah, it does, it also has a paint job that looks like it belongs on a salvage title car at a buy-here-pay here lot. The door handles on my car were damaged when sanding or polishing. It's evident a rotary tool wore the chrome off the corners. The manager of the shop bought me new handles out of his own pocket (I didn't realize, or misunderstood he was doing this at the time), seemingly because he didn't think the shop itself would make this right, despite it being their work that caused it. Additionally, the finish of the headlights on my car were damaged, looks like some some kind of chemical, and another spot maybe from masking tape being pulled off. I dropped this topic because it was pretty clear they were going to charge me to do anything else, even if it was fixing damage caused by them. I want to give my thanks to the detailer who cleaned the inside, the car has never looked better. Otherwise, I wish I had never brought my car here and had just done it myself.

Most places don't offer this service anymore due because they don't want to be responsible if something were to happen and it wasn't a tire they provided you. But this place worked with me and was happy to put the tires on and balance them. The 2nd time I had to get a used tire and luckily they had my size for a Dodge Challenger, and it was a good brand. I had continentals and the 1 used tire they had was a Kumho. The tire had lots of thread and it was a good deal they gave me. On my most recent and 3rd visit I had a flat and I couldn't find where the hole was. So they took the car in the back and found that there was a small hole...They patched it, and charged me only $5.
