What a pleasure doing business with this people. It is hard to find good customer service in Miami. We have been working with them for a month during the process of removing the blinds in preparation for the installation of new impact doors and windows. They removed the old ones, we had to order new ones for the French doors and reinstalled the ones for the windows. All the work that needed to be done was completed professionally, courteously and expeditiously. Our phone calls were answered promptly, all the appointments were kept and they always arrived in time. The new blinds for the French doors look better and were installed better than the ones we had before. Camacho works with pride and you can tell that he loves what he does. After the installation of two rooms which were from ceiling to floor verticles we noticed many verticles were cut short. Many calls to Felipe stating the problem were never returned. Felipe Camacho has displayed Horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. I asked for a quote Friday. He promised to send the quote by the end of the day never did. I followed up on Monday he promised to send the quote never did and after 11:00pm at night was sending me YouTube videos of blinds and still no quote. I expressed that him contacting me so late and still not sending the quote was kind of unprofessional and he went off on me, literally texting me over and over again saying very unprofessional and rude things . His attitude & demeanor is utterly disgusting . Definitely not someone you want doing any work for you! read more

I called Camacho based on the ratings I had seen on YELP. Based on my experience it appears he had family and friends put in those ratings because he does not back up his work. We had three blinds that needed repair. He finally came out after cancelling two other appointments and took the blinds to repair them. When he reinstalled them he said that the work was warrantied for 1 year. Sadly, they didn't last 1 month before they became as nonfunctional as they were before. I have tried calling them more than ten times over the span of three weeks, I have left multiple messages and not once has he called back. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere this company does not deliver on promises and service. read more

Don't even bother looking around...make this place your first call! My wife and I needed a new track for our vertical blinds. We called and emailed a few places and none of them even responded because we didn't need a whole new system. We called Camacho on a Wednesday afternoon.
