All of these reviews are ACCURATE!…read more I have been a disabled constituent and I certified and went through the motion of having my provider certify for the entire month and I reached out to complain to local Assemblymembers Gipson and Assemblymember Sawara. I might have misspelled that but my point is after voicing my complaints about how EDD did not take action AFTER I had the Assemblymember open up cases, they still had the audacity TO DO NOTHING. What happened was I complained about the bureaucracy and the government Assemblymembers NOT TAKING ACTION AGAINST EDD NOR HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. I was letting them know that I don't have online access because I don't own a computer and going to the library is a hardship. The government knows we are indigent yet they still allow EDD to control and implement the processes of certifying before being paid. This is NOT THEIR MONEY YET THEY CONTROL PEOPLE BY DELAYING PAYMENT. After a billion calls of calling 800-480-3287, Larry helped me certify via phone which I heard is NOT SOMETHING THEY DO ANYMORE. Now they force you to certify online and they don't give a damn if you don't have access to an email which I explained and another agent updated my email address after Larry was already handling the issue by switching to paper method of certification. I informed both of the EDD people that I NEVER GOT PAPER CERTIFICATION WHICH THEY CLAIM TO ALWAYS MAIL. How are they able to force people to certify online only when phone should be an option for basic yes or no questions???? I COMPLAINED AND ALL THE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. You won't get any expedited options DESPITE THEIR DELAYS AND INTENTIONAL INCOMPETENCE. Complaints have been emailed to other government agencies but these people all have this in common: CORRUPT BUREAUCRATS IN GOVERNMENT WHO COLLECT HIGH SALARIED AND DO NOTHING UNLESS PEOPLE COMPLAIN! IT IS TIME FOR THE POLITICIANS TO LISTEN TO CONSTITUENTS AND FORCE EDD TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND IMPLEMENT CHANGES TO HELP PEOPLE GET PAID AND MAKING THEM PAY FOR DELAYS AND LATE BILLS AND LATE EXPENSES! Reporting the seller and this business at the police station as we speak and going tommorow in person to speak with the owner. UPDATE police report filed and was told to ask for footage and info of the seller when we go. They told me if the business refuses to provide said info, we can file a report at the dmv on the business and the Bureau of Automotive Repair. We are in a position to hire lawyers and sue this business for intentional fraud.
