Thankyou to EZ Way Auto, they made my need of tags extremely easily, the customer service and hospitality while there was top!! If i may remember monica( i think that was her name) was the one that helped me. And she always had excellent service. Skip the DMV this is even more convenient than Auto Club and if you've got DMV issues they are experts fast friendly and super nice I can't say enough good things about this service Judith is wonderful and everyone we dealt with we're on it Took care of all my DMV issues fast quick and easy in one day. I don't do this reviews much. I actually hate social media. But this is an exception. Bought an out of state car from an online dealer (mistake #1), cause it was the one I wanted. Went to the CA DMV (mistake #2), and they listed a whole laundry stuff that I needed to get the CA title. So I went back for dealer asking for things needed (which I never got) for about two months. So my temporary permit expired and out here riding dirty. Thank God I found Judith (which I will now go straight to, and skip the whole CA DMV totally). Thank you for all your other Yelp reviews, thinking I got nothing to lose. Got my plates and stickers within the hour I was there. I'm referring everybody to her. God bless you Judith!!! read more

I haven't even left this place yet and i needed to leave a 5 review already!!! WOW this place takes off the stress of waking up before 8 for the DMV. I will literally avoid the dmv at all costs and I am so glad I found this place. No lines, no people. Just a tiny cute shop and a very sweet broker who serviced me immediately and was so nice explaining everything I needed! Def will drive here for all my registration needs :) read more

Fast and courteous service. Was in a pinch and needed to get my registration done as soon as possible. For some reason, I couldn't pay online, and no one could explain why when I called. For all that time I wasted calling DMV, I could have gone here, finished the transaction, and watch a couple episodes of Breaking Bad. $35 for registration renewal. It's the same price everywhere. But why go anywhere else when they are fast, polite, and get the job done? Parking is super easy in the back too. Thanks EZ Way. That was EZ indeed. read more

Have to say this spot really helped me out in a pinch. Service was fast, and friendly. Nothing like the DMV. I will never go to the DMV again after such an amazing experience here! I was on my way to the DMV to renew registration for my car which is currently out of state. I saw this business on Yelp and wasn't sure if they would be able to help me but decided to give it a shot. I was expecting to go to the DMV and spend hours there but Judith Chavez at EZ WAY helped me right away and I was in and out in about 15 minutes! And very few if any are there by choice. Because of that, a lot of people find the DMV to be an unpleasant place. However, if you plan ahead and schedule an appointment, as hard as appointments are to get, you'll have a more streamlined and hassle free experience. Also do your research online and make sure you have the required paperwork for what you want to do because there are usually two or three or even four things you will need before anything the DMV is going to process or do. And since there are thousands of people who use the DMV every day and tons of people in the lines, they don't have much leeway for people who do not have their documents in order. Most of the time you'll have to come back later if something is wrong. If you are here to take a drive test, beware! There's an intersection where there is a let turn that is not an arrow and you have to yield to oncoming traffic. If you get anywhere close when turning they automatically fail you. It's a dirty trick so just be prepared. Overall, this place is always busy and handled mass volumes of people all the time. They do a decent job as it given the resources they have and what's available.

One strong suggestion is to make an appointment if you can to avoid the long lines or long waits; it really does help. On my appointment day, I arrived early but found out I really didn't have to. About 15 minutes prior to my appointment, I received a text to alert the office that I was on the DMV grounds. I was then prompted to sit inside and wait for my number to be called. The whole process from after my appointment time to getting to a window was about 10-15 minutes. The associate who helped me, Angel, was amazing and made the experience that much better. Unfortunately, I forgot my second ID, so I had to go home and bring it back to verify my identity for the Real ID. Tip: You will need two forms of identification plus two forms of proof of residence. Angel placed a Post-It on my paperwork to allow me to bypass the line once I returned to continue the process. The whole process took about 30 minutes, minus me leaving and returned to complete my business. The service was quick, had a clean waiting area, and plenty of parking even though it was busy. For future business, I will not be so worried because they definitely figured out how to alleviate the stress and waiting, which is definitely a plus.

It keeps the line moving, and once I got my number, I waited about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It sounds long, but the numbers were moving surprisingly fast. The biggest issue is the waiting area outside. There are only a couple of benches, so most people end up standing or even sitting on the ground. It creates a lot of confusion because people arriving don't realize they need to scan the QR code first. They end up forming random lines that don't actually exist, especially near the entrance. I do want to give a shoutout to the gentleman outside with the rolling computer. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He kept trying to direct people away from the front doors and answer everyone's questions, but every few minutes a new group would arrive and gather at the entrance again. One suggestion: add more outdoor seating. There's a large landscaped area out front that could easily fit several park benches, which would make the wait much more comfortable. I usually handle everything online, so I haven't stepped inside a DMV in 15 to 20 years. I only had to come in because of a registration glitch with my tags. I was surprised by how much has changed. There are a lot more service windows than I remember, and I imagine removing most of the indoor seating helped make room for them. Overall, the staff was helpful, the process was organized once you understood it, and the line moved efficiently. A little more seating and clearer guidance for first-time visitors would easily make this a five-star experience. And happy to say because of the online glitch, my late fee was waived.

I really appreciate Miss W's assistance with helping me get a physical & duplicate social security card plus explaining and printing out my Social Security Delayed Retirement Credits( DRC) as I am 68, have not availed of my Full Security benefits at my FRA - full retirement age and loving getting that 8 percent increase every year. I initially got the idea that this place had its stuff together but after my experience with TX…read moreAuto I'm glad yelp exists because not only did they overcharge the sh*t out of me to change the registration, they didn't have the title ready on time due to some "error at the DMV", and for them to also claim to "stay in late to make sure the title gets put in the mail the same night, so the title should arrive in the next 3 days" is crazy since I had to call (a week later) only to find out that my title was still sitting on the same desk I overpaid for. But for the icing on the cake you may ask? It was the fact that I had got called by fedex to be asked if a certain piece of mail had been expected, and by the grace of god did the address they put in didn't even exist which ultimately was the reason why I got the call. I tried giving these people the benefit of the doubt but TX Auto operate like a broken circus and to anyone that considers going then good luck cause mines was apparently sh*t (Btw they charged me almost $500 for a car I bought for $800+)
