He was responsive, helpful & knowledgeable. The space is nice, level & solid for RV parking. It's in a safe area. It has back in access & pull through. Definitely a great value at the price point. They don't over charge their customers with obscene prices and they don't lure customers in to later on raise prices on their storage fees. However, there are some challenges. They only have 2 carts available to customers. These carts are stored inside their office. If the office is closed , which it mostly is , despite office hours being posted, tuff luck! Bring your own cart or come back when they are open. Another thing that I have noticed is that the inside unit corridors aren't kept clean. This is an easy fix which a leaf blower can quickly remediate! No one wants to store their stuff in funky places. It's only been a few days , but I will update my review after the next 3 months.

The 2nd time they stole a boat from our unit. How does a boat leave the facility with no apparent tracking footage? They were not cooperative or helpful with providing any surveillance. We think they had to know something. We are filing a claim for the loss. We even filed multiple police reports and found out that the police had similar complaints about this place. They also have mice. There's open slats on the bottom which was how things started to "disappear" On top of the security problem they wanted to raise the rent. They are so unprofessional don't go here!
