1st of all, look in the 'info' section, it list the hours monday - friday as being until 4pm, but underneath in the wording description, it states monday thru friday only until 3pm. This is a great example of how sloppy and unprofessional this place is. Wishy washy...BEWARE!! ALSO, KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED AND IT IS NOT HARD TO SEE WHY! I wish I'd have chosen any other storage but this one to support for many years. I live in San jose, so it is hard for me to just go move my things out, but i will after I proceed with filing a complaint and pursuing criminal fraud charges for illegally raising the rent amount without any notice let alone proper notice in writing as the law states is required, and illegally charging a card i specified was ONLY FOR 2 SPECIFIC MONTHS AND ONLY FOR A SPECIFIC AMOUNT, which luckily i kept every single message i have ever had with all who work at this place..(CYA) and when i i realized they charge $100 instead of my $85 payment for 2 more months, unauthorized, i mention it and ask about it and they only came back with a nasty attiude and playing childish unprofessional ignoring games. They blatantly ignored and stripped me of my legal rights and the laws that govern public storage units in California, and I've rented a unit here for many years.They do not appreciate the fact that we (the public/renters) are the reason they have a business at all. One of the reviews mentions they dont keep track responsibly, of payments made, and i have to 100% agree with that, as i experienced this right after covid with Gay, the owner who seems unfriendly, bitter and cold. They had ONE decent caring employee for awhile who had awesome customer service skills, decency and a moral mindset, as well as seemed to know how to run a business better than any one else there in the years ive had to keep my things there, but unfortunately she is no longer there and theres not a person i know of working there who will help with anything but taking money. Since she left, i have had to pay past fees i never had, even ones they refuse to explain what they were for. They do NOT answer any questions such as those, nor respond when asked to send a copy of all documents i have supposedly signed or been given and forced to comply and pay more money for. Its nasty and unethical the way these people run this business. They have fraudulently put a credit card I specifically said was only for 2 specified months, on autopay! Charged the card for 2 more months and somehow they justify the amount going up from $85 to $100 while fraudulently charging the card as well! They claim it is a rent increase, which is 15%, and requires a 90 day WRITTEN notice, whereas the law states email and verbal aren't sufficient in regards to rent increase notices. And i jever got notified in any of those ways let alone the legal and proper way as the law states is required..But, they are arrogant, won't respond with any answers or give me any proof of such a notification, nothing! They are the worst most unprofessional so called business I have ever had the displeasure spending my money on so they can afford to run it. The owner and two of the men who work there are rude, unhelpful and only care about their money and don't seem to adhere to california laws or any morals and or decency when it comes to dealing with the public. I am personally going the legal route and getting out of there asap! So, beware, the more customers they lose the more money they will charge what's left of their tenants even without notice! Some people never catch onto the concept of good business practice, customer service is becoming a rare but valuable commodity I'd pay more just to experience, and the term, 'you catch more flies woth honey' means nothing to indecent people who run a business and hold only concern for money, not the consumer or their legal rights. It's a shame, but, it seems it's becoming more and more common these days. Do your research, there are many other storage units in that town with much better reviews, no baby rattle snakes in the units in the summer months, employees with decency and professionalism who don't commit fraudulent acts or get nasty when you call them out for it, and likely cost less and give proper notice when needed or is required by law. Wish I'd have looked around a bit more. This would be the last one I chose. read more

If you need storage in this town go down the way to Secured Self Storage; my unit was broken into after being reassured that break-ins had not happened in years. The management was unhelpful during the experience (i.e. did not provide security footage and were not accommodating or understanding considering the circumstances me and another person faced having our sentimental belongings stolen). The property itself is not maintained well considering the pricing of their units (I had the smallest unit which was 60 dollars a month not including key card fee, which was not refunded upon returning like it was stated in contract, and the lock they also reassured me could not be cut by bolt cutters ended being cut by bolt cutters anyway). The unit was also not swept or dusted when I rented it. Their fencing does not go all around the property and is overall crowded and I'll say it again not maintained well for prices. They also do not manage or track payments well. I paid in advance for 6 months and on the fifth month they said my agreement was ending forcing me to go through my emails to show them on my initial payment i has paid through that month. For an extra 20 dollars a month I wish that I would have gone down the way, would've saved me money and heartache. read more

I went into Junction 26 RV and Mini Storage on 5/31/17 looking to possibly rent a storage unit and to park and store my car. I was impressed at the storage site as it was very clean and looked to be well maintained. I was greeted by the Manager Lloyd who was very polite and professional in answering all my questions. I was very concerned about leaving my 2004 Chevy Cavalier, especially since I was moving two hours away. I was apprehensive at first but Lloyd made me feel confident and comfortable in leaving my car. I also rented a small storage unit which I felt was very reasonable in price. I have been storing my items here about 2 1/2 years now. I have rented at other storage facilities and Junction 26 Mini Storage always addresses my needs and concerns in a timely way. The Manager Lloyd seems to take pride in his job because he goes above and beyond the call of duty to help some one out when they need help. I would highly recommend Junction 26 Storage to any one who wants excellent customer service and the feeling of knowing your things are being stored with some one who cares and makes a difference for others.
