He said he would be able to come by tonite at 7:30 to fix it. He never showed up or called so I guess it's a no-show and I will have to find someone else tomorrow. Meanwhile the leak is ruining my ceiling. Thanks Paul. What wonderful customer service you have. Gag. I will definitely be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

We wanted to try and go through American Shield home insurance and Paul mentioned he did not have very good luck through them but would submit the necessary paperwork . We waited for approx 2 weeks with no word so my wife called twice over the next approximately two weeks and spoke to their employee who assured us the messages would be passed on. Another week or so after the second call and without a reply, we went with Mike's Pluming. Four days after the job was completed I received a call from Paul. Not good business practice.

After overcharging for every part to…read moreput our pump in and yelling at us and a friend of our that also had him do a pump, he informed us that he would not be doing any warranty work which he must have known we would need since both us and our friends have had our pressure tanks replaced after they caused water heaters to leak from over pressure, since he put glycol in the tanks ruining them within a year of being installed.
