I think it is fair to say that the specialities are Nepalese and there were items on the menu that I had not tried before. The Nepalese Khutta, Shahi and Hariyali Dish were new to me and I am so pleased to have tried them. And I will be having them again, and introducing my friends to them! Acid test for me in any Indian restaurant is an onion bhaji and Shahi's were like onion patties, a slight crispness on the outside, oniony and not like a flour bomb. The lamb was a good contrast with more earthy flavours - I'm thinking cumin and/or coriander. The sheek kebab was also nice with a slight kick of chilli to liven up the tastebuds The only slight disappointment was my mango lassi which still had undissolved granules of sugar but the flavour was right This was an unexpected find and a bonus great start to our top evening of dancing. If we come back to this area to dance again, I'd be very happy to pop in here again for another meal

As I knew I would be dining on my own, I had spotted that they offered a thali, which is a platter of different items and an ideal way to sample lots of dishes if you're on your own.
